We called last month after the equipment broke and needed to be replaced a 4th time. We wanted to cancel the service. They were supposed to send someone April 14th for pick up. Not only did they not come by... they rescheduled us 3 times this past month, showed up at a different time than was planned, and then charged us an extra fee because they ended up coming after May 1st... for the month of May for the rental equipment. We had called the termination office and they assured us someone would be here before May 1st. I asked them to remove the fee and they then said it was for April... when my April balance has been paid all month. This has been the norm. We were supposed to get a refund of $132 for the returned bottles and equipment. They said we would have to call in to get it once all was returned as they don't transfer it automatically unless we call. Then, they had closed our account. We couldn't get through for over an hour because we weren't in their system. It took another hour to cancel. We didn't like their bulky, plastic equipment and it was too much calling in.

And they thought it was perfectly fine to deliver this poor quality hay to a customer - I had to return it and they gave me all my money back . I gave them a check second chance this week . My delivery window was 10 to 12, they showed up nine hours late. The guy pulled in to the wrong spot then proceeded to drive over my lawn where I have a sprinkler system and he put ruts in my Nice green lawn. Then he said I'm not walking all this hay over to your barn. I can dump it here and you can move it. I said I'm paying for delivery. I want it delivered and stacked. I told him I had tried to reach out so he could use the roundabout and back in - so he proceeded to do so . It was so dark, even with my floodlight that he really couldn't see where he was going - and instead of getting out of the truck and saying "I'm so sorry I'm gonna have to come back "he left.. Instead of reversing next to my hay shed, he hit the gas and he took off and left WITH my hay. Nobody from the company reached out the next morning to say they're sorry about his bad behavior. Let's reschedule -nothing . No communications no apologies. No nothing. He just split and never looked back. I have been around horses a very long time and I have never had somebody just split . Through it all Frank was difficult to reach and did not seem to care about all the damage he created on our property or the subpar work that his crews were doing. When I told him that I felt he was too busy to work our property and that if things didn't improve we would find someone else he replied "go for it." So we have. I personally think this person is trying to take on way too much and doesn't really care about the landowner whatsoever. He's in it purely for himself.
