If I can give it hell, no stars I would've this deserves negative stars. It's disgusting! Find another juice spot because this Jamba Juice ain't it. I went to the Jamba Juice in Encino 9/9/2025 at 2:50, and ordered a green juice. This was by far the worst juice I've ever had. The drink was not blended at all. every sip I was chewing leaves and chunks of ginger. My straw kept getting clogged with plant matter, and I found myself spitting out pieces of leaves. That is disgusting and completely unacceptable. At 3:06 PM, I called the store to speak with someone about it. The woman who answered the phone had absolutely no advice or solution. I asked for the manager, I left my number, so I can let a manager know how horrible these drinks are. Somebody has to try this nasty stuff. This should not be served. This is a terrible Jamba Juice. Find a different one. This one is disgusting. Juice should never be made this way. Customers should not be drinking a cup of raw leaves. The employees at this location clearly need to be retrained because this is not what anyone expects when they order a smoothie or juice. Jamba Juice should take pride in its product, but this experience was gross, lazy, and disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location until the staff is properly trained how to not leave chunks of leaves and chewed up tasting fruit pieces in my juice. It literally felt as if somebody chewed up some vegetables, spit it in my juice and served it to me. Disgusting I should've called the health department. This was horrible. I visited this Jamba location since I was craving a smoothie for lunch - didn't have time to eat. I ordered a go getter and I definitely go-getted me. I wasn't sure who the staff member was who took my order, but I visited Jan. 4th around Noon - on a particularly rainy day in Socal. The staff member was cleaning behind the counters but took my order and made it quickly - even topped it off leaving only meager amounts of space between drink and lid. The drink? Amazing! I was in the mood for something mildly sweet but not a throat-buster, and this drink made my afternoon. 10/10 will definitely return again! read more

THEIR CARROT JUICE SMELLS AND TASTES LIKE BLEACH. The baby carrots used here have been soaked in bleach or a similar chemical and then not rinsed sufficiently. I will sometimes order several and one is okay and the others taste toxic. This is a problem both at this location and of the supplier of the carrots. But whatever the source it clearly needs to be addressed immediately for the sake of the health of the customers. This is not a comment on the service of the employees here who have been courteous and responsive to our complaints to the best of their ability. Really disappointed in the customer service I received yesterday. I really prefer to give good reviews and not bad but I have to say something. Around 7:30 am (August 19th) I requested a matcha tea smoothie. I asked the guy behind the counter what size can I get. (don't know his name, the only way I can describe him as tall black guy with an attitude) He looked at and no answer ((wth). He continued to ignored me. I was the only one in the store and he definitely ignored me. I asked him another question about the drink , just silence. What su there to say? Jamba is a classic spot to get your smoothie fix. We love to get the antioxidant açaí super antioxidant smoothie and the greens n ginger smoothie. They make you feel like you're making a healthy choice when you're really just drinking sugar. The service is fine. They're nice, but they don't really go the extra mile. You can place your order ahead of time over the phone or via the website or app to save some time. They don't always pick up the phone, but keep trying. And they might take some time to see the orders that you place online, so be prepared to wait. They accept credit card and Apple Pay. They share a big parking lot with the rest of the stores in the shopping center. read more

GUYS. I come to this Jamba all the time (I even used to work here back in 2012). The service has always been excruciatingly slow. I always get a fresh oj and when it's NOT BUSY it always always takes like 35-45 min for me to get my drink. Mind you fresh oj is from a machine that squeezes it itself. Even when there's three workers working: one at the register, and two people making the drinks. I truly have never understand why. If it was busy I get it, but when there's 2-3 customers only it should take max 10 min. HOWEVER, today was the game changer. There was only one girl working by herself, Crystal, she rocked it out of the park. I watched her simultaneously make drinks for multiple customers while also asking me what I needed and getting my drink started before I even paid. LOVE THAT MULTI TASKING EFFICIENCY. She's legit the only worker I've experienced at this location for the last two years that freaking killed it. How is one person alone faster than when there's three people working. Earvin apparently not understanding my question went to asked the white chick who came over, asked me how long it had been, but was confused too said it couldn't be done. I don't go to Jamba often at all. So going to this location for the first time in a few years was an atrocious welcome back! My wife & I were the only ones in the store. Daniel who received our order took an unnecessary amount of time to place the order. He messed up a few times & we had to repeat ourselves. Another customer came in & proceeded to complain about a previous visit taking up all the time of Daniel & Julianna, the only two team members there. My wife & I sat there staring at them while they talked to this lady instead of multi tasking, or being productive. Daniel just stood there staring at the ground with his arms crossed while Julianna took control of the conversation. No one started our drinks or food for at least 5 minutes after we placed the order. Then Daniel finally put the baked goods in the warmer. Another 5 minutes go by & Julianna finally started on the smoothie. During this time, the smoothie was finished but she left the smoothie behind the counter instead of handing to us. They received a phone call & both team members were taking turns talking on the phone. The baked goods were placed by the smoothie behind the counter, but we were still waiting for a bowl. The food & smoothie sat behind the counter for about another 5 minutes & they did not call our name. We haven't eaten anything today so we were getting upset so I walked to the counter & leaned over to grab my drink/food from behind their counter. Still waiting for the strawberry bowl, Juliana finally starts making it. Daniel, is taking his time, dragging his feet, walking in circles not knowing what to do while Juliana did almost all of the work. Daniel did not multi-task, he did not help cut the fresh banana or pull out granola, strawberries, or help aid making this chunky strawberry bowl. I've been told it's one of the toughest most time consuming product to make at Jamba & Daniel did nothing to speed up the process. Overall, being one of the only customers in the store, we were in there for about 25 minutes when we could've been in & out in 5 minutes easy. When we got to the car & I pulled out my bowl, it was made incorrectly after Daniel asked twice verifying I wanted to substitute the strawberries. There was also a hair in my wife's breakfast sandwich. I give Juliana credit for trying to make it right offering us anything we wanted for free, but we were there too long already & didn't have time to wait 10 minutes for another baked good. I have a feeling Daniel isn't new as the way he dressed with his visor tilted & careless demeanor made it seem like he didn't care about his job. He was so slow, sluggish, & spaced out. I would highly suggest a drug test on that one. I never write Yelp reviews, but I had to take the time out of my day for this one. Awful experience. I feel like I'm always here! The girls know me and my order and I'm happy the toaster is finally replaced/repaired! No more cold breakfast wraps! They're so customer satisfaction oriented here and genuinely caring. I think this in the best jamba I've seen since I was in high school. They're fun and sweet. I even had a girl make me a ginger shot for me to take "to go" on her dime because I told her I was picking up a quick breakfast because my boyfriend was sick. I have to say I've never been a fan but Jamba has come a long way. They have added organic and they can make my juice exactly how I like. I used to be kind of a juice snob but I actually find that they can be pretty good. I get carrot, kale, ginger, and cayenne pepper. They do it nicely and it's a fraction of the competitor across the street, 7 vs 13 dollars. I'm happy with the product. The staff seems stressed but who isn't? Liking Jamba again! Came in this morning to pick up my 9-pack of cold pressed juice (Groupon), only to find 3 flavors available! I've gotten CPJ at other Juiceries, and this by far was the most disappointing experience thus far. I can appreciate trying to capitalize on a growing trend, but if you're going to do it, do it right! The lack of variety is not even near sufficient for a cleanse. Employees were also unaware of the promotion, and there weren't even carrying cases for the bottles. I really doubt these are being produced properly either, based on the taste. Didn't seem very fresh, especially when compared to other companies that press the juice fresh & onsite. If you're looking for a classic Jamba smoothy blended with sorbet, you'll probably be satisfied, but if you're looking for Cold Pressed Juice, I'd go someone else that specializes in it. read more

They have a new açaí smoothie that I really just love. It probably isn't very healthy andis super sweet from the sherbet they put in there, but it is very refreshing for a hot summer day. Their oatmeal is also pretty delicious with banana and coconut. I'll usually grab this for breakfast when I'm running late.
