The lounge chairs, the whole ambiance was screaming: "Relax Bro". The Boba... definitely tasted premium. They did not skimp out on the powder. The boba itself was cooked well. I have had many a boba served undercooked with a hard center, not here! I had the Taro Boba, wife had Thai Tea boba. We got a Crepe and Espresso to go. Their extra large Boba lasted me about 2 hours, it is a very generous size cup for under $9. But I confess the highlight for me was the Espresso, while I didn't ask for anything on it, it came to me already sweet. I'm not sure if maybe that's how they make it or if it was done by error, but it was such a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely coming back for the Espresso. Also the chairs are dangerous in the sense that two of the leather lounge chairs are so comfortable, that you just want to sink and sleep. I had a great time. Was craving mini pancakes and came across this spot on yelp and noticed they also sold sticky mango rice so we headed over. I got both mini pancakes and the mango sticky rice and my boyfriend got the crepe. It was a bit of a wait but understandable as it was made to order and there was only one person behind the counter which she was super nice. The spot is definitely really cute and I'm surprised i hadn't been here before but happy to know about it now. We heard a new boba spot opened up in San Fernando Valley and wanted to try it out! The owners are Thai and the new shop has a wide range of teas, smoothies and crepes. We tried the Thai tea boba, mangonada, butterfly pea flower tea (the flower is specially shipped from Thailand!), and the black pink smoothie. All were unique and delicious. We never tried Thai crepes but felt like being adventurous so we got the recommended thai sweet chili base with pork grinds and imitation crab, then topped with Thai siracha and Mayo.
