Not the same vibe as the Santa Monica original location. This location is more commercial and feels like two different stores. The team was super kind and great service. The drink was made well. Ambience feels like a GNC or Vitamin Store had a counter for Earthbar to make some drinks. Odd setup almost too open and empty and no connection from buying physical things to the juice bar. Also they got rid of the chocolate cacao maca and Gogiberry pucks and need to bring them back! And the price of drinks went way up. Probably won't be back. Movita can make the same drink for less. They do validate parking for 15 mins. Thankfully! read more

Earthbar is excellent and the staff has always been accommodating and nice. Chocolate Supreme and Rockstar (without coconut) are my go to smoothies there. The only ongoing issue is the parking lot which I know is independent from the store which is why I'm not accounting it in the star rating. I always preorder so that my drink is ready for pickup. Today, I roll down my window, tell the parking attendant who already had a ticket in his hand (so not quite clocked when I entered) that I was picking up Earthbar, he asked "Did you preorder? You only have 10 minutes for validation" I looked at the car clock that said 4:24pm, said "I'm just grab and go" At 4:27pm, a different parking attendant at the exit tells me I'm at 11 minutes and asks me to pay. Needless to say, there was no way, no how that was happening. There have been multiple incidences with this same parking scam there. read more

Actually ordered on DoorDash but I have a peanut allergy and called the location to see if they could accommodate and they were so kind to ensure a clean blender. Even added a cute note about it being peanut free. Great customer service and the Flax Master smoothie was delicious. read more

Earthbar has been one of my favorite açaí bowl spots for almost 10 years now! I definitely am not gatekeeping this gem because they have so many healthy snacks/smoothies to try. This time around, I ordered the basic açaí bowl and the peanut butter protein bowl. Both were delicious, but just know it'll probably be around $30+ for two. Nonetheless, it's a perfect sweet treat once in a while. They also have supplements and protein powders. Parking is usually pretty limited even though there's a parking lot in front. read more

There are times the staff are AWOL and customers either leave frustrated or (rarely) take item they want without paying. No sign explaining why no one is there to take orders. Rarely no one comes to open, frustrating for those who work out early at Equinox, on a tight schedule and can't get a post-workout smoothie. Staff who show up are great! read more

I've only tried the smoothies and just a few of them. The number of options and quality would easily be 5 stars but the price is just too high. They aren't huge and anything over $10 for a smoothie is way too much for me. Still, I will probably be back at some point because it's in a good location and tastes so good. read more

This is by far the best location to get your Earthbar from! They have the best quality control and you know what you are getting at Earthbar Brentwood. Just went to the Brentwood location-- first time at any EarthBar but I'm definitely a wellness freak and well-versed in these kinds of health food stores. This was a 5 star experience. I did not ask the name of the female working (she was there at 1:00pm on Friday 9/3 if that helps management) but she was SO sweet, so knowledgeable, helpful, and generous. She is such a gem and I hope well-appreciated by the EarthBar team. We got the detox green and the blueberry smoothies and a Chinese chicken salad. All 3 unbelievable. Customer for life now! Awesome experience. Place was clean, staff was nice esp. the black dude i wish i got to know his name. I actually ordered a drink and forgot there was Ginger and Cayenne! Delicious but intense. I asked a dude in glasses to help me switch out and he was kind enough to do so. And even added an ingredient to substitute for the replacement. While this was in 2011, it left a very bad taste in my mouth, so I can't support their business when they treat visitors so poorly. I probably should have immediately complained to management. So here I am complaining to Yelp 15 years later. But seriously, anywhere I go as a demonstrator, I am also a potential customer for lunch, groceries, or whatnot. Drove around for like 2 hours trying to find parking. the parking attendants are super rude and the vibe is just super off in this shopping center. I parked like a mile down the street and walked from lulu lemon. the smoothie I got was not impressive again...super chalky tasting. Allergic to strawberry? There should be no additional charges just to sway Strawberries for mangoes but there in fact is 1.75 to SWAP not ADD any fruits. I could see if it was dragonfruit.
