I paid extra for the priority shipping. It took them four days to get around to making a label, and another eight days for them to bother to put it in the mail. I'm now on day 15 of my 1-7 business days and I still don't have my product (though its finally on its way). I will never use this site again. Its also worth noting that they only got around to shipping my product after I threatened to stop payment on the charge and report them. Ordered 3 CHI CBG/CBD oil 1000 mg bottles. They deliberately sent me 500 mg bottles and claim the photo was wrong yet refused to correct it. They are claiming to be selling at wholesale when clearly are selling at retail and screwed my business over. Will NEVER do business with them again. One star is too many for them. Yeah, Me thinks not. I was there today for my lunch and signed in, I had to impose my question because being polite and orderly will get you nowhere. I said hello, and no response from either the attendants at the front desk. I'd say secretaries or receptionist but they were too involved with each other's hair to pay attention to the customer. I made sure I had volume when I asked what to do for the Medical License, still got no audio response only a shrew look and a clipboard to fill out the info. I waited patiently, I was next. Then a blond woman walked in. Obviously of their kin, which I was not. And she was visually picked, chosen by a shorter female doctor that walks those halls. I get it. I'm not your type of customer. Fine! I asked the girl sitting on the receptionist desk for my ID back. She hesitated, like if it was hers to begin with. I requested it again and she immediately made a copy of it. What the hell was that for, I asked. She said, for the doctor. I replied that there was no service provided and that i was overlooked, and that I want to leave. She quickly said that the blond lady had an appointment, but I know she didn't she walked in confused as hell and filled out the same sheet I filled out. But the worst part is that she made a copy of my ID!!! To this moment I am not sure why she kept the copy. I will follow up with Identity Protection service in the near future just in case, I feel I've scorned her and we all know what scorned is capable of. I totally wanted to leave with such a vulgar display of favoritism. It really sucks when you are next and you get overlooked. Also she said it would be $65.00 bucks. HAHA!, good luck with that. I know a spot that'll do it for $45.00 and with much better customer service. And they service all kinds of people not just Russian. Maybe after I would have been seen I would have overlooked the price because it is needed to have a Medical License in California, but this review is aimed at the Customer service not at the Doctors whom only depend on their staff as terrible as they could be. read more

It was super professional. Park right at the whole foods plaza. The staff is super friendly and the whole thing didn't take more than 30 mins. I called the 877 number and made an appointment , the office location is in Central West Hollywood in the same plaza as the Whole Foods, where i parked. The office is very professional , be prepared this is a real practice and not a waiting room full of stoners .
