When I didn't find anything that I was looking for she was very helpful and informed me of other antique shops in the area that I could check out. Overall, a nice and friendly experience. I had lots of shirts & underwear & gym clothes but no pants except for the sweat pant that I wore on the plane. So I of course Yelped to see where I could get some pants. I located a similarly priced man's shirt and was told by one sales clerk that an even exchange was fine. I went out to make a phone call and came back to finalize everything. A new sales clerk told me that she couldn't do an even exchange since the to be acquired shirt was no longer on sale and that I would have to pay full price. This made no sense as when I shopped at the store, both shirts were on sale. She called her manager and they would not do an even exchange as it was no longer on sale. I decided to just get my money back and never ever shop there again.

I gave her the correct answer and then she processed the return. But how weird is that question?? In all my 32 years of life i have never been asked that question for a return. I filled out a piece of paper and was told this paper would allow them to contact me to do that. They took 20 items for $10. I wanted to get my items back and take them elsewhere. When I got there and told them I'd like them back, they told me they were already on the floor and it was not possible to get them back. They said I should have signed up for a call ahead. Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way.

Sonja was the customer service rep that assisted and helped me with the return/exchange. Sonja did an outstanding job, was kind and patient with me, and worked her magic even when the computer system tried to yell at her. She made my exchange really easy and I appreciate that!
