Every time I come in, it is so busy and the staff is worn thin trying to help 3+ customers at once because management only staffs 2 employees. Today I called and said I had limited amount of time because I'm going out of town and just needed to see if my measurements were the same. Eric said "no problem, come on in". As soon as I walked in Eric grabbed me, brought me to the changing room where my suit was already waiting for me. I was in and out and paid in less than 7 minutes on my lunch break. Thanks Eric!

It is a long indoor strip that is fairly easy to walk from end to end. We stopped in for a few quick retail visits and arrived right when the mall opened, which was ideal since it was not crowded and stores were just opening. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. At the entrance, there was security present in a vehicle that patrols the area, which adds a sense of safety. The mall is clean and conveniently has the shops we wanted to visit all in one place. There are multiple directories available at the entrances and in several other areas throughout the mall. While we do not shop at the mall often, when we do, this is our most visited mall location.

Well... what an awesome place this is! And the prices are fantastic! In fact, my daughter was at the outlet stores in Orlando this past weekend and the goggles were $10, but we bought two for $15 at TiLLY'S today. This store has a large selection of backpacks and lunch bags. See my photos! And Lani, who by the way, is just the greatest ever, said they are getting a new shipment in for back to school [Aug. 15th]. Speaking of, they have a section of clearance items at 30% off, and a lot of clothes, shoes, and accessories throughout the large, but crowded store. I really don't mind the trade off though because they have a lot of variety to fit within the allotted space. I made a mental picture of a few things we both liked, and we will be going back (Lord willing] this coming weekend! TiLLY'S is very accessible. Just west of Sears, next to Kids Foot Locker, across VS, and the best place to park is by Kohl's-- where the kids play area sits.
