For this one,…read moreI had to let the dearest choose Lilly Pulitzer, which upon entry, demands your immediate attention to the colorful variety of clothing they offer its customers! I have to say they hit spot on with the first dress they selected for my dearest, after I thought this whole process would take quite a while! Having said that, I will say Lilly's has an excellent, caring staff that gives their full attention to the customers and their needs. Without doubt, service is 5-star! The variety and quality of the dresses, skirts, blouses, etc. they sell are easily appealing, even to this reviewer, who is not an expert in this area! But with that, you better know before you visit that all things are pretty pricey here! I'm grateful that Lilly's gives military discounts for active and retired military. But with that, unfortunately, Lilly's rarely has seasonal/holiday sales. That may make customers think twice before they visit. I will say that something bad happened after the first steaming of the dress we purchased. After taking it back a couple of days later, one of the caring staff members did a superb job in fixing the issue. I am impressed with Lilly's. There's some things that annoy me about the store. You can't take your shopping carts out in the parking lot so no matter how much junk you buy and you got to try to carry it all out so basically you make multiple trips and hope somebody doesn't take your crap in the car. Now you might think that's kind of unlikely however they have paid security guards in here for a reason. Today when I went in the changing rooms were closed because they probably didn't wanna bother to sanitize them which meant the bathroom was also closed and that is highly inconvenient. When I tell you this place was empty, I mean it didn't have much merchandise. There were still several people in their shopping. But I noticed in this place is that they love to line people up they never have enough people to work the check out no matter how early or late you arrive you know you're gonna wait in line that's just the way they are here so if you come in expecting that then you won't be disappointed I guess. The prices are right which is why we all come back. You can get some super good deals on sheets and towels and it's a good place to shop for your college kids when they're getting ready to go back to school. The checkout people are hit or miss, sometimes they're nice sometimes they're not the security guy has been friendly the last few times I've been in so if you're in the market for bargain sheets and towels this is a good place to go however maybe not right now because they don't have much of anything in stock like literally.

It's not a restaurant, but a store located at the lower level of the Avenues Mall that sells pop culture-themed products. It kinda reminds me of ThinkGeek, but with a cause. Their slogan is "Get Some. Give Back," so for every $10 spent, a meal will be donated to a person in need. Additional contributions can also be made by rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar. The parent company is Hot Topics so if you've ever shopped there, they have similar products but BoxLunch is less gothic, more open / bright, and organized. They have a similar reward system, but instead of getting "Hot Cash", they'll give you "Lunch Money." Towards the back of the store are shelves with clearance items. When I was there, there was a pretty big selection. Items were an additional 30% off the lowest price. Ellen was the person that cashed us out. She was friendly and very sweet. She advised that 90% of the items there are BoxLunch exclusives. In addition to brick and mortar locations, the company is also web base so check out their website if you want to get any idea of the products / prices. In summary, BoxLunch is a socially responsible store with lots of really cool and exclusive merchandise.

The shirts and jeans they offer are truly set for solid street wear. I may adjust from some of my 511 wear and pick up some of these! But in reality, Urban Outfitters is really more focused on appealing to females, with a very large selection for them. I'd say about nearly three quarters of the store is devoted to them. My dearest likes to check things out here on occasion and found something she liked a few months back. Overall, there are jeans, dresses, various accessories of all kinds, belts, hats, all waiting for customers to purchase. I've experienced chatting with the crew who run the shop on occasion and they're generally enthusiastic and willing to assist and see that you get a good deal if one's available. I think the value of the clothing, accessories -- all that Urban Outfitters offers falls into similar value in quality of pricing as many other shops of its kind at Town Center. It seems to fall into a $50-$150 range, and for a mall and with the pretty high quality and appearance of the the street clothing that's offered here, I'd say that's pretty fair overall. They give pretty good advice if you are looking for something in particular. Even though this is a high-end store, the sales ladies here are not in the least bit pretentious. That's one thing I really love about this store. Often when you enter high-end shops, you are met with sales associates who have their noses stuck up in the air. You will find that is not the case here. I pop in here often just to see what new styles they have, even if I'm not planning on making a purchase. Not only do I love the MK bags, but I love MK shoes. I don't wear heels anymore and MK has a very nice selection of flats. Some of the best I have found. Cute flats I can actually wear that don't look like something my grandma would wear. Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. What's really sad, is when I lived in Orlando, I was always super excited to walk into one of the two Pandora stores. I always had such fun looking over all the beads with the store employees. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.
