We took him to Pampered Pooch last week, and he had the best haircut ever. He didn't seem stressed when we picked him up, and his nails were clipped, his ears clean, and the haircut was exactly as we had requested. Up until this grooming session, I always had to "fix" something when we got home. One time, when he went to one of the "big pet stores", he came home completely shaved except for a pouf on top of his head and tip of his tail. It took a year to grow back. It was nice that our little guy was the only one there, as it seems that other dogs barking frighten him. Jimmy did a great job with our dog, and we will definitely be returning!

I had a grooming appointment for my dog at 1:00 PM on 8/4. Normally, the service takes about 1.5 hours, so when I hadn't received a call by 3:00 PM, I stopped by Dirty Dog to check in. I was told they were short a groomer and it would be another 45 minutes. I returned home and received a call at 3:56 PM saying my dog would be ready in 10 minutes. However, when I arrived, my dog was still not ready. I spoke with the manager, who explained they were short-staffed due to a personal emergency. While I understand things happen, there was no apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. Initially, she said she couldn't assist because she had to handle payroll, which added to the frustration. Eventually, she offered a 10% credit, which I appreciated, but the overall experience left me disappointed. With better communication and a little more empathy, this could've been a much more positive experience.

My baby smells, looks, and (I bet) feels so good! Price wise as well it's very reasonable and time management is handled in a fashionably order. Overall, it took about 2 hours! Definitely recommend.

Our Chewie Monkey is an old guy who has special needs and we know he is in good, loving hands when we board him or bring him in for day care. Love that they post lots of pics online. He's only 4 months old but he's been giving a puppy cut and a nail trim before and everyone says how sweet he is. I typically use a comb on him, but after leaving I purchased a slicker brush and was able to comb him out myself in less than five minutes in the parking lot, he didn't make a sound. There was already an additional $15 charge for being late, which I understood, but I had also read previous reviews mentioning that this groomer often insists dogs are matted in order to add fees. Considering I have dreadlocks and also own a cocker spaniel, I'm familiar with what matting actually looks like. If higher pricing is needed, it would be more transparent to simply adjust rates, especially since prices are not listed on the website.

We weren't sure just how long that was going to be, so we attempted to groom Boomers long 3" hair ourselves..not bad, but def not professional.
