!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! Brought my truck here for knock sensors and intake manifold gaskets, not only did they not fix the issue (yes I brought it back to then because the check engine light came back on for the exact same issue) they did something to my pcm and now I'm stuck on their outrageous koalifi payment plan and my truck still has the same issue from when I brought it to them. This place is extremely crooked and they don't do the job you pay for while also trying to scare you into buying extra things you don't need. They don't value their clients let alone have any pride in their work. This shop is extremely over priced and with rob you blind with their hidden fees and will do extra work expecting you to pay immediately or get stuck on their payment plan ultimately costing you 10 times the original price quoted. read more

The service at EAS tire and auto was impeccable!! I was gearing up to drive from Colorado to Tampa, Florida the following morning, and I had a lot of maintenance to get done on my truck. All the types of fluids, brakes, wheel bearings, and tires. I had quite a substantial amount of work I asked to get done in less than half a day. And they got it done the same day!! My truck has been feeling brand new again! Scott , Curtis and the other guys that work there are extremely prompt and professional. Next time my truck needs service or maintenance. Wheel Alignment on 2017 Toyota Corolla iM with only 30,411 miles. My only complaint is wheel alignment was not done correctly. Took it back for recheck and was told it's not the alignment. It's the rear camber. Never had a problem before taking it to EAS. I'm going to take it to Toyota dealer for inspection and pay for another wheel alignment. read more

Untrustworthy and Inconsistent - Do Not Go Here I took my 2014 truck to Eagle Automotive Services off Kipling for three oil changes -- and each time, I was given a completely different diagnosis of what was supposedly wrong with my vehicle. From one visit to the next, their recommendations changed dramatically, raising serious red flags. At one point, they claimed I needed a new water pump, a new battery (which had just been replaced), and ball joint repairs -- totaling around $3,500. This didn't sit right with me, especially since I had just purchased the vehicle from AutoNation, where a family member had ensured it passed a thorough inspection. I got a second opinion from the dealership, and then a third from a trusted local mechanic -- both confirmed there was nothing wrong. None of the repairs Eagle recommended were needed. This shop is not trustworthy, and in my experience, they try to take advantage of people. I'm clearly not the first person to point this out. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. I got my oil changed a couple times at this place. Second time I went, I bought their 4 pack of oil changes for $150 -- great deal, right? Both times I went they gave me a big list of things that needed to be replaced or fixed. I get that's how it works, they bring in business with the cheap oil changes and then try to upsell you elsewhere. I politely decline things that I've done myself, like engine and air filters. However they said my power steering was leaking, and included pictures of the stains on the boots and a wet looking timing belt and pump. They wanted $5k to replace the entire rack and pinion. I said no, I wanted to do some due diligence. Service manager said if it was his car, he'd wait, but didn't think it would hold up more than a few months, it needed to be done. I took it to another independent shop and showed them the pictures. They looked at everything under the hood and said it was bone dry, no residue, nothing. EAS must have sprayed some oil on the pump and belt before taking the pictures they sent... Unbelievable. Now I don't even trust EAS to change my oil -- did they even do it? Sucks I'm out $150 for the 4 pack, but they've completely lost my trust for something as simple as an oil change. read more

To be honest, I originally was going to the bigger names like Discount Tire or Costco for my flat tire repair, but as they were all booked, I resorted to a local place that might be able to help quickly. I saw EAS, called and talked to Cody and he got me seen immediately and worked out the most efficient and cost effective plan for my flat. these people rip customers off especially friend of mine went in get her car diagnosed why engine light came on. charged her $200 for it, for 2 hours labor, the previous mechanic took way less one hour. then will be charging her estimated $940.00 for 2 parts need replacement which already new installed by previous mechanic, previous invoices were shown to them. this lady couldn't afford $940.00, went back to previous mechanic. took a look why she complained sluggish starting never happened before. the mechanic found vise grip on a hose blocking or better say plugging the canister by EAS mechanic. now.... to really solve the problem is just tighten the gas cap after filling with gas, previous mechanic just replaced the gas cap which was the iissues to start with. police were present and now investigating the case of frauding a 90-year-old senior. read more

This company prayers on older people. Do not let your aging parents go to this shop. This company has more then one shop so if one is praying on the elderly there is a good chance other shops are. My neibors took her car into have an oil change. She was told that her back brakes need work. Well those were done in 2024 By a retired ASE Master Tec. Well then the service righter changes there tune to the front brakes were bad. The strut mounts were bad and a few other items. Keep in mind this car only has around 50 thousand miles on it and is not driven hard. We took a look at her brakes today. The front and rear are both ok. We will double check them again in a few months. The rear have little ware and the fronts still have over half material. The rotors are not worked or have signes of over heating ( they are not blued). The pads have even ware and the calipers are in very good working order. I work I the parts industry and have found her a good and honest shops to use if there is something we can't help her with. read more

Hello, my husband brought in his Ram truck this morning to have his brakes and rotors replaced with this company. He called this afternoon and was told that it would be ready this evening and that you would call once it were. We heard nothing and and tried calling and there was no answer. They closed shop and there is no way to pick up and they didn't notify us when ready. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this service. I will be contacting the BBB and righting several reviews. If it weren't ready, at least call us and give us an update or let us know it will take another day! First and last time we will be using this company! UPDATE: I spoke to Brian at the other store and they spoke to the manager of this store and they apologized for the miscommunication and lack there of their part. They apologized and took accountability! They also were very kind to discount on the service. I am just glad that the situation was resolved and they apologized. They made the experience better. They are human and kind to help us with what went wrong. read more

Integrery Tire and Auto was just bought out by EAS and is located in Windsor CO. These employees lie and cheats people. I have been charged 11.5 hours of labor when the work was done in 4 hours and they charged me for service that wasn't done which is fraud. I spoke with James, the manager, he was no help to lower the cost and justified the 11.5 hours of labor of being fair, hiding the fact they charged me for service that wasn't done. He had his boss Chris call me. Chris was very rude and told me the same thing and then stated three people worked on my car. James and another tech, Mychael both told me Shane was the only tech to work on my car, Chris lied. I told Chris this company just lost a customer with two cars. He stated, I believe we need to go our separate ways. I got a hold of the corporate office in Denver, spoke with a Bonnie, the controller of this company. I explained that I didn't want to talk with Chris again as he was rude, and I continued with my complaint. Bonnie stated she world forward my complaint on to Brian the owner of EAS. The following day, I got a call from Chris whom told me he was authorized to refund $400. I told him I wanted 6.5 hours returned to me, $ 903.00 and the service I was charged for that wasn't done, plus another $283.00 which is fraud, the air-conditioning recharge. Chris told me that work was done. I told him that work was NOT done because James told Mychael to bring the car in on Saturday and they will do the work. I then stated to Chris, not only were you rude to me, and wasnt willing to work with me on my complaint, but now that the owner is on his ass to refund me some money your willing to work with me. I told Chris he has no idea what he is talking about with how many people worked on my car, took four hours to fix the car, and being charged for service that wasn't done. He said he would have his boss call me becasue he was not authorized to offer any more of a refund. His boss has not called me to resolved these over charges in labor and for the air conditioning recharge that was NOT done. I took my car to another auto shop to get an estimate and they told me EAS overlapped on their labor by 6 hours. I will NOT return to this company to have ANY work done on my car as they have proven to be liars and cheat people out of their hard earned money. I have also got a hold of the Attorney General's office to file a complaint against this company and hopfully sue them for the money they owe me. This company, EAS also has a 2.4 rating. Absolutely do NOT take your Subaru here. I brought my older model Outback Legacy in for an oil change and to check on a potential alternator issue. They fixed it...ok ....but then gave me a $3000 list of additional bullshit to do, all of which was rooted in a failing head gasket system. I said I didn't want any only the cooling system done, and Cody Hiner argued with me that if I don't get the cooling system done they won't honor their warranty. So, against my better judgement I agreed to a new radiator in addition to cooling hoses, and flush. They put in a CRAPPY radiator and the WRONG COOLANT for a Subaru. The car broke down in the first drive after pickup. I brought it back in to fix and they quoted me another $1000 to fix!! I couldn't believe it. So I took it where I should have started: SubaPros. Rocky confirmed that the head gasket system was the problem and the radiator probably didn't even need to be replaced. He also said that the coolant they put in will eat away at the head gaskets like acid when hot. He knows I can't currently afford head gasket replacement, so he said he can fix the hose that failed for a couple hundred dollars. I can't believe I fell for the stereotypical car repair scam! I literally got TAKEN TO THE RINGER at Eagle. Hope this review can save another person from my fate. Even if you don't have a Subaru, DON'T USE EAGLE!! read more

Would give ZERO STARS if I could. I took my car to these guys to replace my suspension and mount my winter tires, and I've had nothing but issues ever since. They didn't torque the bolts in my lower ball joints or on my wheel lugs, so everything was starting to fall apart after a few weeks. This was VERY DANGEROUS and nearly caused an ACCIDENT! Additionally, they DAMAGED VARIOUS PARTS OF MY CAR during these regular maintenance operations. They didn't balance my wheels which led to a shaky ride and excessive wear on the tires. They BENT ONE OF MY RIMS while mounting the tires and somehow even left some screws on my trunk sill which embedded themselves into a new HOLE IN MY BUMPER! I have been contacting this shop for months (yes, MONTHS!) to try to get a refund or have these damages fixed, but they refuse to help me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYBODY. read more
