What a horrible horrible office. The vet is not seeing people in person, so it was over the phone while my dog was in with him (and I was in the parking lot) When he called me to discuss my dog, he was more interested in talking over me and telling me how many years he has been a vet than he was in listening to the story of the problem. He was rude, his staff was rude and I would never trust Dr. Singh with anyone or any animal that I love. I would run from this vet and find someone who is interested in being helpful. It is very apparent that the vet and the staff care nothing about the health of my pets whom I cherish and love dearly. My pets deserve quality veterinary care and Eascor does not hold these values. I regret the amount of money that I have given this vet in the past. My Molly is not an inconvenience! He would not see my Molly in her time of need when she needed medicine. This clinic is awesome! we got a 6 week old puppy and 3 days later she developed at gastrointestinal issue. We did not think she was going to make it, but they saved her life. 2 years later and she's the healthiest pup ever. Easy to make an appt also. I have a golden retriever that is truly considered part of our family. I absolutely trust Dr. Singh and his staff, and the facility is always impeccably clean. He has performed regular checkups and quickly and accurately diagnosed illnesses. People have noted costs; however, I doubt you'd get a cut rate doctor for yourself or children, so why would you for your pet? Further, I haven't found any of the charges I have incurred to be outside of the realm of reasonable. read more

Treated my daughter like she was doing something horrible by putting down her Dog best friend who has been in horrible pain. The Dog was excited to see all the other pets at the Vet, so was acting fine. Yesterday he couldn't even get out of his cage, won't eat, crying in pain. I was very disappointed with the care that my animal received. The veterinarian on staff there was the coldest most heartless that I've ever been to. He was more concerned with the money then he was anything else. The first thing someone should do is buy him a bedside manner. I would not go back there if my life depended on it. Our beloved dog had trouble walking in his right back leg. I took her in to Dr. Singh who had no idea what was wrong. I visited him three times with no result but lots of expensive tests. Dr Snell was still there at the time but performed operations downstairs. So I made an appointment with him. He immediately told me it was a fat module that had grown as we fed our dog people food. He scheduled an operation to remove it. It was a six pound fat mass! Dr. Singh came down to talk to me as I picked up our pet from Dr. Snell. Dr. Singh was angry! I resolved then to avoid that clinic in the future. They try to drain your money with little care for the animals. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We brought our puppy in for her vaccinations, and general care (nail trimming, check ups etc). The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well-kept, and Dr. Singh is extremely knowledgable and experienced. He took the time to explain the vaccinations, and gave us advice about proper nutrition and training methods. In speaking with him, you can tell that he truly loves animals and wants to see you and your pet be safe, happy and healthy. We always have a great experience at Eascor. I would not advise using this vet clinic. We trusted this doctor with a beloved member of our family. They failed on so many levels. First visit yielded a potential solution for what ailed our cat. Our follow up visit didn't result in any follow up tests. Nothing more than suggesting we consider removing his teeth. When his condition worsened, we called again and even though their site says emergency services, we were simply told to call the Emergency clinic on Bristol. We did. We took him in. His blood pressure was so high, a stroke happened. This was NEVER even checked by Eascor. His eye, which was the original issue, had an eye pressure of 86...normal is 14-20. Blood pressure related. Completely missed the heart murmur. Please, don't take your fur babies to this clinic. Not only will you be nickel and dimed, you could lose your beloved companion. read more

I took my beloved old fat cat here to be put down. Unfortunately, he was previously a street cat and had horrible dental problems that caused him pain as well as a tumor. The Dr came in, put the needle in his paw, but was so forceful literally lifted the skin with the needle under it, my gentle giant who's never growled before in his life, screeched and tried to bite him and then immediately died. His last moments were in excruciating pain and being terrified. I will never get over that. Vets are supposed to give a sedative first to calm them and then find a vein and give them the medicine. He was treated cruelly and I'll never forgive myself for taking him to this place. The vet tech was kind but the DR was cold and hurt my poor baby in his very last moment. Very unethical! Had me sign a paper for X-rays for my dog=234.00. The actual bill was over 500 bucks! More X-rays needed for very tiny dog'''a bishon. Was there less than 3 hours! They are missing a lot of business....my oldest son has a boxer, middle son getting a goldendoodle and i just got a shichon puppy. Will never go there again and will warn everyone at companion dog school and the dog park friends to STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

I have taken my Shih Tzu to Eascor for a few years now and each time it's the same thing. Yes the staff is friendly but I just felt the need to change his vet. THANK GOD I DID! My puppy has kidney failure with 75% loss in function. Why were they not able to catch that the many times I've been charged for blood work? Furthermore, he also has cataracts, a persistent ear infection (which they prescribed the same ear wash for each time and it never worked), and a dry skin disorder. In just a week, he is back to running and jumping like the lovable, playful animal we know him to be. However, he will now have to undergo a change in diet to slow the progression of his kidney failure. If I could, I would lock the doors at Eascor. It's a money hound that has NOT helped my boy at all. read more

Doctor Singh - (Dunkle and Wright have not been there for years) cut off the circulation to my service dog's foot resulting in a gangrene infection and amputation. This was after he told me the infection could be cleared up using Baytril antibiotics. Dr. Singh is highly incompetent and the AAHA is investigating to determine whether his malpractice should result in revocation of their accreditation with that organization. read more

Do not recommend! Prices seem low but in the end you will pay more. We took our dog to Eascor Vet Clinic for a simple castration. When we picked him up, we were immediately given antibiotics and told he had a hematoma that would heal quickly. No explanation for the hematoma besides saying that he rubbed his scrotum in his cage. The hematoma got much worse, his scrotum swelled to the size of a grapefruit. We returned to the doctor, he charged us an additional $100 for medicine to treat the "complication". I just returned from our 3rd visit to the clinic. My dog is still not doing well and this time the doctor blamed us for it! He said everything from we are letting him lick himself too much to quite possibly our dog had bad genetics! He made some kind of mistake during the surgery or during post op and will not admit it. I took our seriously ill new puppy here recently for treatment. I knew of the place from many years ago when I had an older dog cared for here. It is now owned by a new vet by the name Dr. Singh. The facility itself is very old but it is clean. Dr. Singh seemed very competent and knowledgeable. He took plenty of time to communicate and discuss concerns. I feel he was considerate of costs and did what was necessary but not excessive to run up the bill. Vet care is not cheap or free. In all the dog recovered from near death and I think Dr Singh provided good care at a reasonable cost. read more

PSA: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU WANT IT TO LIVE. Took my Benji here for a bent nail repair. "Dr." Singh cut it off and bandaged it. A couple days later, he bent the same nail sideways - because it was not properly repaired to begin with. I was told he needed a simple nail extraction. This was done and bandaged. But, Singh wrapped the bandage too tight, cut off circulation to his foot and it died. Now Benji's leg has to be amputated. I'm going to do my best to shutter this company and de-license this incompetent "doctor". Benji is my veteran emotional support dog, so this is even worse for me than it would be for someone else. I will be sending a complaint to the licensing board today and filing suit asap. I am currently interviewing attorneys to get justice for Benji. And Benji is fighting to live at MayFair Veterinary Hospital. His kidneys are not working to flush the toxins out of his body, and if they cannot get those working, he won't even be eligible for the amputation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
