Frank and Mark showed up right on time. Not only were they clean, courteous, and incredibly efficient, but they also ended up saving us from a potential household disaster. While working, they discovered our dryer vent was heavily clogged and not releasing lint properly, turning what we thought was just a routine cleaning into saving us from a genuine fire hazard. Without missing a beat, Frank and Mark walked us through the issue, installed new piping, and cleared out every last trace of built-up lint in addition to meticulously cleaning out all the air and bathroom vents throughout the entire house.
