They removed our grass and leveled the area which was very uneven due to our septic settling. They replaced all the sprinklers added drip. They added decomposed granite to an area and built a flagstone and DG walkway. We have acreage and they laid over 3,000 square feet of grass! They also laid gopher wire under the sod. He stopped at Home Depot, picked up wood and everything he needed, he showed up, rebuilt that part, and would not accept any money for the supples or labor. Greg and his crew were very careful with our pool, he covered it to make sure no dirt would get in it, and the end result was amazing. The 30 yard debris dumpster ($505.00) was delivered and removed as requested. The customer service representatives are courteous and friendly. We did experience one problem. East Bay Dumpster aka Dan Braudrick Services, Inc.'s billing... The website's front page and sizes/pricing page says "No Hidden Extra Charges Here! The price you see is the price you pay." After the debris box was delivered a $505.00 invoice was emailed to us and we paid it. So far, so good, sort of. At the bottom of the invoice it says "Overweight to be billed if any at $80.00 per ton. Additional $200.00 will be billed to boxes over 9 tons." Fact - This wording does not appear on their website nor was this information conveyed when we spoke with the customer service representative. You only learn of this after they've delivered the debris box and sent then invoice. We feel this is equivalent to hidden charges and false advertising. The day after they picked up the debris box, we receive an another emailed invoice asking for an additional ...$555.20! That's right! They say we almost 7 tons overweight! How that was even possible with household garbage is beyond me. We're talking old mattresses, lawn furniture, a couple of dog runs and other stuff like that. 7 tons over! Things that make you go hmmm? So, should you choose to use East Bay Dumpster aka Dan Braudrick Services, Inc., enter into the transaction knowing that (1) there are hidden charges and (2) the price you see is not necessarily the price you will actually pay. read more

This company rocks! They have quick and friendly service, and are as accomodating as possible. I was totally able to get rid of everything I wanted to throw out, and on top of that, they take everything to a recycle facility for disposal.
