We are very happy with our project and would recommend LEI because they were professional, courteous, reliable, and provided clear and upfront pricing. Documenting decisions in writing proved helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Any problems we had were resolved fairly, such as correcting the direction of our stairs. Aaron is a man of his word but prefers to conduct most of his business through texting. We first contacted LEI and they promptly scheduled a time to visit our property with YPG to see what was possible within the budget we set out. We completed the design with YPG and LEI scheduled a time for the project demolition. A later approximate time for planting was set, but that was dependent on the availability of the various plants we had selected. Everything scoped in the design was completed within the budget and any add-ons we later requested were priced separately and fairly.

They were recommended by my swim spa dealer, Turbo Spas in Dublin. The crew was easy to work with, professional and followed my instructions to the letter. I just want to give some feedback from what I have learned since because this will help others avoid the same mistake I made. After waiting 28 days for the concrete to cure I set my 12' swim spa and 8' hot tub on the pad. 6 months later my swim spa cracked on the bottom. I am not sure about this but I believe the spa cracked because of the control lines running underneath the spa because that is where the spa shell cracked. Lessons learned is never add control lines where a swim spa will be set. This was no fault of Swanson's, It was my fault for recommending control line locations. All is well now because my swim spa was repaired and I have the spa floating on 3" of crushed rock and a spa pad. The spa pad and rock sit on top of 6" steel reinforced concrete.

We. never received a phone call. Additionally, the work had to be postponed because of personal situations, but we continue to wait. My landscaper then went to investigate and find out where the stones were. The extremely rude man who works at Morgan's explains that my Landscaper had already picked the stones up ... that did not happen. He went on to say that someone from his Landscaping company must've picked them up. However, my Landscaper is a solo operator. The office did not have paperwork on file to indicate who picked it up . no information on.what happened. We did not pick anything up. We did not receive anything. We were informed that he would talk to the boss and return our phone call on Monday. we waited a week and a half no phone calls. I went in in person was treated poorly and accused of having the stones which we do not. I said we were waiting for a phone call which we didn't receive when he said correct, I did not call . they are closing so my impression is they don't care, although it is only $900 I should have my stones or the money. went there again today and he tried to tell me that the manager has not been there for multiple weeks , hard to believe. Left my phone number again for a phone call back from the manager I will be showing up every day.

The job required French drains and a surface collection system, as well as a very large sump pit with collection tank. Because of the nature of our property, it all had to be dug by hand. This was no problem for the team, and they removed all the soil by wheelbarrow and then trucked it away. They were very meticulous about their work, and left the area spotless at the end of each day. We also needed pavers and a retaining wall to complete our backyard area, and were very pleased to learn that they did this work as well. Their bid on that was competitive and the end result of the project was fantastic! The landscaping looks great, and the drains are all working as they were designed.
