I called and I was really happy that they were able to come out the next morning to repair it! This company is professional, responsive, and their prices were fair. This place Rocks with their customer service! When my water heater stopped working I was worried I would have to go days with out warm showers or running the dishwasher. They make it easy to get a quote, I just sent them a few photos from my phone and they diagnosed the problem and told me what needs to be done as well as the price. Great business for getting water heater services done. I knew I made the right choice after they gave me a great price and they offered to come look at my water heater that day. I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with it but after explaining it to the guy, Mike, he seemed to know what it was right away. He came over to my house that evening and sure enough it was just what he thought it was. He offered to repair the part that night or to come back in the morning cause he knew how late it was, which I thought was great. I had him repair it that night though since he was already at my house and I didn't want him making a second trip. Overall they are 5 stars because they were great at communicating with me, they got me in for an appointment super fast and Mike was just awesome all around. Really nice staff here! When I called in they were full but put me on a cancellation list. They ended up not having a cancellation but one of the plumbers just had an opening because he got with a job a lot quicker than he thought he would. This establishment has very accommodating workers who make sure your needs are fully taken care of. I was housesitting and needed the hot water back on and I had a friend give me the thumbs up - a great recommendation for them. When I called in, they requested some shots from which I got a quote and an appointment time via text message. Attentive staff along with great customer service goes a long way in my book. They have fast availability as well as good prices. Having no hot water is such a pain but they made it simple by getting me in fast and not charging me an arm and a leg. When they came out the next day they were respectful and turned my hot water back on fast. I have no clue what exactly they did, all I know is that I have hot water again and I'm happy again! From their customer service to the actual plumber on the job, I found their whole team very honest and professional. I was having trouble with the hot water in my shower-it would suddenly go from hot to cold while you are in the shower without any warning!! I called East Bay Water Heater to discuss the issue and they seemed to understand the problem right away. The plumber came by the next day and fixed the problem very quickly. To summarize everything up, they do a great job. They have a great schedule with lots of room to be able to choose your appointment and time. They also give you a two hour window of when they will arrive but they sent a text message before showing up. Their plumber was well trained and had a lot of background work repairing water heaters. THEY SAVED US FROM TAKNG COLD SHOWERS!! Seriously our water hasn't been hot like normal for some reason and my roommate and I couldn't handle just praying our water would be warm that day anymore. My roommate and I attend UC Berkeley and are so busy with summer school and volunteering it had been the last thing on our list to take care of. They were super friendly plumbers who work hard! I had a leaky old water heater when I purchased a condo. Spoke to Mike on the phone and he gave me an honest assessment of how much life I have on it and how to prepare for the inevitable replacement. That gave me some room to budget and research on what to replace it with .
