Brought in my airsoft gun, the FCU connection was broken. All it took was a new FCU cable to be installed. He said that he couldn't do it and that he had no cables left without even looking. This place is stuffed with merchandise so leave your credit cards at home when you shop here - I've blown so much freakin' money in this store since I recently started playing airsoft. The staff are pretty nice and are pretty willing to help out Noobs. Price-wise, it is much cheaper to buy your guns and gear here at the store than to purchase it from Evike or AirsoftGI and have to pay their ridiculous shipping fees - if you purchase a shirt that weighs less than a pound from those online retailers they'll still charge you $16 to ship it; that's freakin' insane. No shipping fees makes this Brick and Mortar shop superior. read more

I had bought a gun from them about a year ago. But it never seemed to work right. I thought I was doing something wrong. When ever I would take it to the field it would not work. It turned out that my barrel was bent from the start and the gun. Does still not work. When I took it there to get it fixed and I was met with terrible customer service. I had left the gun there for 3 mounts and no work was done. I would recommend using evike.com for Airsoft purchases. read more

Terrible customer service followed up by lies from the staff. Ordered parts 2 weeks ago (they are located 2 hours away) and still not here. They didn't have half of the order in stock and the other part was"lost in the mail" No tracking numbers, no return calls, no common sense. Buyer beware. I would give zero stars if I could. PS. Apparently 'Matt' would call me as none of the other staff can access the system. At this point I'm trying to cancel the order and get a refund. I'm new to airsoft but didn't want an entry level gun. I stopped in the store and they were extremely helpful. Not only that but the customers were just as friendly and a few experienced airsoft players even helped me pick out a rifle and gun. I like shopping in store so you can feel the guns and see what's right for you. I was surprised because I easily could have been taken advantage of because I am new to this but the employees would tell me that I don't need a certain part as I would just be wasting money. I have just discovered "east coast airsoft" for the first time online. I ordered a few things I've never been able to get anywhere else. They had videos and lots of info. I called the store because I made a mistake in my order and wanted to make sure I correctly it properly. I spoke with "HAL" and he was probably the most helpful employee I have ever spoken to on the phone. I had paid for an extra shipping few and he said he would return me the money, without me if knowing I paid extra. Then him and his co-worker "EVAN" who was also very helpful, went around the store to get my order together. WILE ON THE PHONE WITH ME. And when something I ordered was out of stock, they promptly insisted on asking me if there was any other item I wanted around the same price and told them what I wanted instead and gave me two of them for the inconvenience, leaving myself out ahead of what I really ordered. I live a few hours away from the actual storefront, but I will definitely be making a stop by the store. That's how great Hal and Evan made me feel. I would give this a 10 star review if I could. I love eastcoastairsoft. I go here for almost all of my airsoft accessories/necessities. they have a decent selection of guns and gear and lots of ammo,batteries,and everything else. they do repair guns but my only complaint is something happened to the internal gears of my classic army scar-l and it took about 5 months to fix. i did get it back and it runs the same if not better which is good. since some extra wires were added and the scar has such a small battery compartment it is tough to get a battery in the stock. very good at answering questions and Scooby is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. also the new location is bigger and better and closer to me so 5 stars! read more

Oh if only I knew about this place about 7 years ago. I recently got back into airsoft and was searching for a gun to get. I checked out Online retailers such as Evike and Airsoft Megastore and they have some good prices but I really didn't want to have to pay for stupid shipping fees. This store is located right by my home and I've been here a few times before to get smoke grenades. I decided to just head over and check out the gun prices. I looked around the walls at all the different types of guns which mostly seemed to be competition grade. I don't plan on playing too much but I did want a gun that lasted a fair amount of time and could take a hit or two. I eventually spotted a reasonably priced AKS74u on the wall, and decided to get it. Now I've had numerous AK airsoft guns in my past, but this one was definitely of higher quality. Full metal, real wood, pre-installed rail mount, the whole 9 yards. The employees made sure I was set up with a smart charger to prevent my house from burning down, which is always appreciated. The store has tons of gear and is definitely a place to check out if you are into milsim. Employees have good knowledge on what they are selling, and try to steer you away from the really cheap guns that will break on you in a week. Hopefully these guys stay in business because it is a cool shop and very convenient. read more
