Friends and people in the parking lot were awesome, ready to help move it to a parking space but we couldn't get the car out of park. By now it's late and freezing outside. Evan the amazing driver from Andy's Towing shows up with this beautiful brand new tow truck and he was able to get my car out of park and into neutral in seconds! They could have marked the job as done and I would have been on my own to call AAA again, but the driver said he couldn't leave us on the side of the road any longer, however the four kids couldn't fit in his truck, so he called a second truck from his company that could fit us all, and the two trucks took us to the local Burger King to make alternate arrangements. They were very kind and helpful with the kids, even talking to them as I moved each one into the truck to make it fun and not scary. Everyone had a good time and we eventually made it home safely. They returned to the venue to collect their car at 8:30 on Sunday morning only to find that their car had been towed. They called "Felipe" and were informed that the company was closed until Monday. When they went to Pembroke to pick up the car but were unable to find it, they again called Felipe and were informed that the car was in Halifax. When they arrived in Halifax, Felipe had the car on his flatbed truck demanding $300 CASH ONLY for its return. No idea why it was moved from Pembroke except to increase the distance it was towed to justify the exorbitant charge. The flatbed truck had no license plates on it at all. Shady business. Be warned
