There's something to be said about a collision repair shop that doesn't have a website, but is booked out weeks to months in advance and there's nothing but exotics and classics in the driveway.. Bob's Collision is like the inside secret of the South Shore for body work. You have to know the "secret knock" to get into the best place. First off, Graham is awesome! He was very friendly and made sure I had all the details of what was going to be done to my car. He also offered to set-up a rental which was pretty much the most brilliant service offering! They were super organized and worked with two (yes two) different insurance companies to fix my car. The insurance adjuster who came out to look at my car said that he consistently gets great feedback about them and loves to work with them as well. I think that speaks volumes! I was able to drop my rental car off with them and pick up my car within a matter of a 10 minute span. They even detailed the inside for me! I could not recommend them enough. Well right after our accident, I was hopeful that our insurance company would deem our Mitzubishi a total wreck. After Bob's Collision completed their magic on our car, I'm so glad that we got our car repaired by them. The car is a 2013, and it just might be in better shape now than it was before the collision. I brought my car into Bob's Collision after I was rear-ended and was pleasantly surprised at just how easy they made the whole process. I naively thought that my car would be ready the same day and when he told me it wouldn't be ready for at least a week, I freaked out. Graham told me not to worry that he'd arrange for a rental car and would contact my insurance company to be sure it would all be covered. I have used Bob's on several seperate occasions and I thought they provided an above average service until today! i brought bob's collision my vehicle for front end repairs and when i picked up my car a week later the work was inferior at best. the paint was orange peeled and incomplete, the hood was improperly mounted, the molding was painted rather than replaced with what was on the car and no longer matches, i paid for a detail on the rear of the car and this was never done though they claim it was and refunded my money for that. there is more i could mention but i think the jist of it is here. all in all they were rude and would not listen to my complaints. they did however offer to attempt to correct the issues in the end. read more
