The vehicle that I chose was ready to go when I arrived but I decided last minute to upgrade my vehicle and they jumped right on it to get my next selection cleaned and ready to go. Linda gave us directions on how to get there. Once there, she helped me rent a car, secure a temp EZ Pass and insurance, within record time, in order for me to get to work. On top of that, I left my Better Brella umbrella at the office. Linda called me and assured me that she would hold it for me (which she did, until my rental was over).
