If you expect your car to be repaired on any kind of a schedule then Nick is NOT the guy. What is the point of scheduling if my car is going to sit there untouched for days/weeks? And he doesn't even call to tell you anything. He started giving me snide remarks when I would show up like "Oh you again!" or "Get a new car!" or "Go away!" Seriously??? I took a shovel and had to dig it out myself to compel him to get to my car. During the last transaction where he once again did not complete the job, and I only found out by following up with him, I told him that he is not trustworthy and his reply was "Now you're getting me mad, I've built my reputation on trust". My response was "Well I'm already mad, join the club. Your work can be trusted but your reliability and word for when you will get to the work cannot be trusted AT ALL".
