During the Covid-19 pandemic, BJs was a life saver as we bought items by the carload to avoid frequent food shopping trips. Nowadays, we have a fairly large list of needed items and a post-Covid huge food pantry. As a result we often use their online ordering and when we get there, the order is ready. If we have time, we then peruse the isles and look for bargains by using their Express Pay that avoids having to go through their checkout aisles. If we lack time, we just leave. This time, they had my order ready exactly when they told me it would be. So we walked around looking for a few impulse items. There is dedicated parking for online shoppers just right out the door, quite convenient. Overall a super experience in this Manchester BJs....

They happen to be the 3rd distributor and they will be the last since we are never letting them go! The other ones were impossible to reach and didn't really care. We reached out to GSP for their prices and got so much more. Our contact there is Dan Nolan (who we internally refer to as "Dan the Man" - I hope he sees this). He checks in REGULARLY, makes sure we have everything we need and more, and is maybe one of the funniest people I have ever spoken to. Quick example: we needed specific samples for our cafe and after a long conversation with Dan, he not only sent the samples but SO MANY other amazing products I didn't even know they carried based on our conversation and the specific needs he picked up on. Honestly, don't waste your time with the other ones - go straight to Good Start Packaging (and get Dan if you can) but I'm sure everyone else is great.
