East Coast Limousine Service is a wonderful transportation company. I use them at least 15 times a year for transportation needs all over the DMV area. They are very prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Everything from scheduling to the actual transportation phase is seamless, and well organized. They arrive early to give the customer time to meet the driver and inspect the vehicle and they will even wait for you if your program is running a few minutes over schedule without overly inflating your final bill. If I could give 0 stars I would. The limo that was ordered did not show until the last hour we had scheduled. They did give us advanced warning that they would be late for pickup but their estimated arrival time was totally incorrect. We ended up ferrying people between event locations by car instead. read more

Horrendous level of service. If you ever consider using a limo service that offers red carpet treatment you need to use another company. They took over an hour to travel 20 minutes so our daughter Paige Walsh was late by 30 minutes to the church for her own wedding The driver was more interested In listening to his music than being concerned about his assignment. We had to contact the driver by phone to find out his whereabouts. We even notified the GM, Susan Allen by phone for her involvement with no success. We sent Susan Allen an email asking for compensation and we were informed her fleet manager was out of town and she would get back to is shortly. She never once called us back. I reached out to her again and left a message. It has been four weeks since the wedding with no reaction to our issue. I had to call her again and she offered me a couple hours of free rental as an offset and she would send me that in writing to my email address before the end of the day. I am not surprised that she didn't follow through with that offer as well. So bottom line if you want a great experience with a limo service DONT USE EAST COAST LIMOUSINE. THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMMITMENTS! read more

Not sure what the deal was back then, but I just used them last week for a gf's bday party in Chinatown, and the service was great! The SUV was super clean, and they even remembered to fill it will all of the bday girl's fav things (which we had coordinated prior to). The driver was on point and attentive to us. THE WORST. I used them for two pick ups and they were late on both. One of them was a private airport pick up and the driver decided to go hang out at a McDonalds instead of staying at the airport. When the passengers got off the plane - no driver. When I called to ask what happened the response I got was, "do you expect the driver to just sit at the airport for two hours?" SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! DON'T USE! (no option for 0 stars) My daughter asked me to book a limo for homecoming, so I called East Coast Limo. Immediately after reserving a limo, I notified my daughter, who then told me someone else in their group had already booked one. I called East Coast back within 5 minutes and they said they would cancel the reservation, but 3 days later they charged my credit card $250.00 for a deposit. When I called them to let them know they had accidentally put the charge through, they refused to reverse the charge saying they were required to keep my deposit. I pointed out that I had called back within 5 minutes of reserving the limo and that I had neither received or signed any paperwork. Their excuse was "I had already sent your request 'on down the line'. Obviously we will be reversing the charge through our credit card company, but this is NOT an acceptable way to do business with the community. Make SURE you don't use them for your own events - they are shady! read more

I had the same experience for my wedding. We paid for two buses, one to shuttle guest back and forth from church to hotel and one limo bus for the wedding party only. I was 30mins late to the ceremony because the bus reserved for the bride was filled with guest so we had to wait until they dropped off the people to come back for us. The shuttle bus left after the ceremony ( not even sure it showed up ) and the guest had to take the limo bus back so the wedding party ended up getting car pooled back and my husband and I got a ride in the back seat of our friends Acura! Honestly I was disappointed. I know you gave me a good discount but I would rather pay more for better service and the 'luxury experience' that's supposed to come with limo service. The truck looked like it shouldn't even be in service. It didn't look like it had been washed, the outside was peeling, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, red cookout cups??? Really? The windows had finger prints all over from the inside as if they also hadn't been washed in a while. At the least, the wheels could have been shining. There was a whole bunch of supplies of some sort in the back of the truck as if the truck is normally used for storage. The kids knew something was off because another limo pulled up while we were at the harbor and they made comments like "we should be rolling like that." It was very embarrassing. To top it all off, the driver could barely speak English. There were issues with the A/C and sound. He pulled over on the side of the street and one of my daughter's friends had to translate because he couldn't understand me. read more
