Then the nurses in preop confirm that he's not working on another patient or a dire emergency happened Just that they're trying to figure out what's going on for us. This was an afternoon scheduled procedure for noon and by 3:30 no word On how long the doctor would be. Finally as 4 o'clock was around the corner we decided since someone was before us that pushes us into the evening and the nurses on staff had already said there would not be any support for that. But if that wasn't bad enough they called me two days later to try to reschedule and then again two weeks later to reschedule. When they tried to reschedule with me the 2nd time they had the nerve to suggest the reason they're rescheduling is because for some reason we had to leave-. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! Not to mention the office staff shouldn't be phoning us DR DONKOR should pick up the phone if he's really so great and make things right himself personally. Anywho by then I had found a wonderful Doctor Who used to work for that same practice and he completed the procedures wonderfully! Most importantly he showed up.
