The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, why is it that no one at this shop can keep me in the loop? Updates? Nope. Never. Estimated time of completion? LOL. never! Oh you're going on deployment?
