How does this place only have 3 stars?! We traveled for 10 hours the day we went here so naturally we got there late, about one hour before closing. Even so, the service was still great and the servers worked really hard to make our experience a great one instead of rushing us. The food was definitely hot & fresh -- you could tell that it wasn't just frozen. Also, the wing sauces are definitely worth trying especially since there's such a large amount of unique options The ambience was pretty nice. Being that I was in the area, I decided to give this location a try and was not disappointed. Even though there was only one server working and a small crowd. I thought it would be a long wait but to my surprise the food came out quick and fresh. The place was clean, food was even better, and all for a nice price point. Enjoyable! I give them my high regards for bringing new flavors different from Buffalo Wild Wings and for having higher quality chicken than them. Here wings are more meaty. The sauce flavor is not as pronounced as in BWW but it's balanced enough with the chicken to taste it. I recommend the black and blue sauce. Jasmine was our server and she gave excellent service. She was friendly. The food came out fast and the wings and fries were hot! The salad was freshly prepared. She checked on us throughout our meal. She kept our water glasses full and she gave us the receipt in a timely manner. I hadn't been here in years. The look of the restaurant changed a lot. I prefer the previous decor but the food was the same. It wasn't busy but there were people dining at the bar watching college football and a few families inside the dining area. I enjoy coming here during the weekdays for lunch since that is more relaxing and not as many people are there. They have so many different flavors for wings! I prefer to sit at the bar. Whenever we have sat at a table, we never get decent service. We have sat for over 10 minutes before with no greet. Sometimes the service is slow at the bar, because the bartender not only has the bar but then the high top tables near the bar. It's clear they are understaffed. However, I still really enjoy the food and they have great specials. The servers and bartenders are always kind, but I just feel bad for them as they always seem to be overworked. If you have the time to wait a bit for food, I would recommend stopping in, just make sure you're not in a rush and enjoy a drink or a beer at the bar. Get the Maui flavor for wings. The regular bartender, not sure of her name, remembers me because I always request Angry Orchard Cider on draft. They WERE one of the establishments that carried it. On this past visit is when I learned that they no longer carry it. This will sway my decision if I go back to sit at the bar. So I typically order ragin' ranch and the pub pretzels. I like that they have the choice of bone in and boneless. I also like the plate of carrots or celery they serve with the wings. And don't forget to ask for the Texas Toast, it's delicious. The garden salad tastes like bagged salad. I think next time, I'll ask for romaine/Caesar Salad lettuce. Their chips are good and their Mozzarella Sticks are ok. Service can be hit or miss. Nothing special here, move along. Service was average. Drinks were not refilled unless I requested it, even though the server kept asking if everything is good. Look at the table! I kept pointing at my drink because I always had a mouthful of food when the server passed by. The mozzarella sticks were battered. I liked the breading because it was different than "everyone else's" mozzarella sticks. That's about the best thing about this place. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders with a side salad. I didn't get salad dressing when my meal came out so I had to ask for it. I was also charged for the dressing but got that issue resolved before paying the check. The dressing tasted good and was very thick. I can see it being very good to dip wings into. The chicken tenders were flavorful but dry. I needed a lot of sauce to make them moist again.
