Had R&S re-tow it to a neighboring dealership service center and found out that they mangled the underside shield of our vehicle during the tow when the service manager tried to move our vehicle to the maintenance bay. The mechanic had to cut the shield off just to move the vehicle because it was scraping on the ground. R&S refuses to take responsibility, leaving us with an additional $400+ repair bill. When confronted about it, R&S sent pictures and a text message stating there WAS NO DAMAGE FROM TOWING but not one photo shows the underside, only pictures of the sides and front/rear bumpers. Our tow was in no way related to running over or hitting something, so this was NEW damage as a direct result from the tow. Was hoping that the company would be more honest and take responsibility - recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They refused to even look at it for a month. which in MD is not legal. my car was reliable then this place touched it and out of the last 3 months it wouldn't start %70 of the time and left me stuck twice. There is a reason they are so cheap. The receptionist also questioned me on warranty. Everyone knows when you have work done there is a warranty. This shop had lost me and many others.

my pickup truck started acting up as I was coming down Sideling Hill mountain last weekend on a…read moremiserable rainy Sunday morning, lost my power steering, battery light flashing that is wasn't charging and as I coasted down the mountain my temperature overheat light came on, I was able to coast it into the town of Hancock and shut her down, I started googling local mechanics knowing that it being a Sunday I wasn't likely to find one open, I saw that Main Street Motors was close to my location and I was able to limp my truck to their lot, I called a friend who I knew was close to pick me up and get me home which was 2 hours away. I had left my keys in their drop box and when I got home I call their number and left a message explaining my situation, I got a call from the shop first thing Monday morning when they opened and I gave them what info I could about the truck, I got a call back later the same afternoon telling me that my truck was fixed and explaining what was wrong and what it took to fix i, when I told them that I wouldn't be able pick it up till the weekend because I was so far away, they had no problem with me leaving the truck there till I could get it and made so that I could get to it even with the shop closed at the tim, I was able to retrieve my truck yesterday and everything was great, it ran as it should, Main Street Motors was very quick and did a great job and I think that for the work that they did, they were very reasonably priced and didn't try to take advantage of a out of towne, I would highly recommend them if you need a mechanic in the Hancock area

As they are closed on Sunday, they were very accommodating in helpig us get back on the road home as quickly as possible. Turned out someone had wired the battery wrong so they replaced it, got All the wiring sorted, and cleaned some other parts that needed it when the van didn't run smooth the first test drive. I got it towed to a local guy who couldn't really help, and then he suggested I drive it down (on NEUTRAL) to this local shop at the bottom of a hill. That is the day I learned to always appreciate power steering. I ended up leaving my van there, in this town, with nothing but a prayer. I left my keys in the drop box, then got a call a few days later from some really lovely lady, saying that they were working on it, and the owner of Atlantic was looking at it himself. This is an honest shop. They could have ripped me off-they could have strung me along, but they didn't! They took their time doing a thorough inspection, fixed my fuel pump, then let me pay over the phone and pick up whenever. I split my time between Virginia and NYC-so I was truly at their mercy, and I was stunned at how great of people they were. I'm strongly debating driving all the way out there (2-4h from where I live) for any other repair work in the future. Seriously.
