My third party tech doesn't have an account with the manufacturer and you installed the system so standing by the product you sold us and recommended would be the minimum service expected after paying the cost we paid you. I do not recommend your service and have informed our community WhatsApp group to avoid your service. Until trustworthy, better service is provided, your company shall not be recommended and the community deserves to know to avoid this headache.
