I went to replace my front two tires and to get a standard alignment. After installing the tires, they told me they would not be able to do the alignment due to my ball joint being loose (no big deal, not their fault) but quoted me $750 to replace the ball joint and control arm. I decided to hear a second opinion, and I'm glad I did - I was able to have this repaired for a quarter of the price from a different shop. Overall I just did not appreciate the lack of integrity and the up-charging.
