And he doesn't rush stuff. He carefully tags it and he's honest with you about how long the work will take and he gives you options if you want it faster. And if something goes wonky later on after you get your guitar back and play it a while, or you have some additional preference after you pick up your guitar, he invites you to bring it back. Maybe you want something adjusted a little bit differently. Maybe the neck settles a little bit after set up even though he gave it a couple days to settle before he turned it over to you. Who knows. It hadn't been tuned in at least two decades, so I wanted to go with someone I knew would do a thorough job. He charged a flat rate, which was a little pricier than the other quotes I received, but I still decided to go with him because he seemed knowledgeable and experienced. And I was right. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the end result. He vacuumed the inside of my piano, tuned it three times, and was finished within 90 minutes. My children now love playing the piano and tickling the ivories. I will definitely be calling Dan the next time I need to tune my piano. Thanks Dan for doing a fantastic job!
