Being over 50 and never having worn them, I was told it may take some time to get used to them. That was true. I guess one of his office staff sensed my anxiety and offered her personal cell number in case I had trouble. I ended up calling her more than once. Both times she was very gracious, kind, and helpful. My prescription needed adjusting, and Dr. Brack let me come in without charging me for the visit. Just lately Dr. Brack diagnosed me with a retina tear and got me in to see the specialist right away who was able to fix my problem. I have been extremely happy with Dr. Brack and his staff and would recommend them whole heartedly.

Dr Sullins is one of the best eye doctors I have ever visited. He is very caring and personable…read moreduring your appointment and answers any questions or concerns you may have. His staff has always been absolutely amazing, normally on time and it is very fast paced but not rushed. Check in with the front desk and either grab a seat to read a magazine or look around for new glasses. Once they call you, the appointment starts and all the eye test and check ups are done. Dr Sullins comes to discuss what plan of action we should take (I am about as blind as a bat). If I have any questions he explains the answers, and if I am trying a new lenses the explanation of the lenses material and reviews from other customers are given. Once the new prescription is given and contacts I am given the option for glasses or contracts or both, depends on your insurance and your funds. They do take VSP which is phenomenal. The staff also does not rush or pressure you to buy glasses or contacts. They let you look and take your time. I recommend all family and friends to Dr Sullins, our family has started within the past 3 years, and we will continue to be patients!
