Chat freezes after you describe the issue. I tried multiple times on different days. Txt is not even an option....it does not work either and just re-cycles. After waiting 80 minutes on hold and listening to their ad every 30 seconds telling me how important I am to them (what a joke), the rep re-ordered. The replacement ordered was only partially delivered. 80 minute wait to discuss. Can't cancel online, chat freezes, txt doesn't work.....OMG....what a crap company! Never again. They cut me to one day a week they put me in the back of the store doing processing (without my consent without asking me and changed my job description to processing instead of merchandising ) away from everybody in the front. They got very nasty. The mangers weren't nice at all. None of them were nice everybody stuck to their own little cliques and it wasn't good. I left May 2024 because I moved to Jersey. We called last week after almost 3 weeks had passed. We were told that it will take an additional 4 weeks. Isn't this their responsibility to call us and tell if there's a delay (rather than being the other way round). It would have saved us time had they informed earlier. We cancelled the order. When I went to take the deposit back, there was no sign of an apology. Come on guys, you wasted 1 full month, I had to make the trip twice to their store and you act like you do not care. This is what you do to keep customers happy. They have definitely lost any future business from me and I hope other people will be smart not to deal with them.
