I always come to this store and never have a problem but when I was waiting on the checkout line the other day, this cashier was seemingly talking about me to another worker, pointing me out unsubtly and laughing at me. I don't know if it was to mock me but am I supposed to think you're saying good things if you're acting like that? And then when I went up to pay, she immediately started speaking to me as if I didn't know how to speak English. I didn't even say or do anything to warrant that and her tone felt very condescending. Many people who work at this store are nice but clearly some don't have any class or manners. read more

Every year on black Friday we go for the offer they have to spend 30 dollars and get a tote bag for another 30 they also have a buy 3 get 3 free so we do that as well. Great selection as always (it's a chain so every store is pretty much the same, just that this one is connected with their candles selection so it has a bit more). The thing that bothers me is that every year their free bag gets worse. It used to be a nice purse and now it looks like a discount bag you get for groceries. Other than that, the wait isn't long despite the craziness of black Friday shoppers. Just the quality of the bag. Which doesn't say much for the store as much as it does for the brand, but this is the best place to mention that. read more

Not Good more like atrocious If I could give this place 0 stars I would. not even based on all the workers but one Specifically disrespectful rude and poorly behaviored girl at the cash register who purposely hassled and changed policy of the bussiness. I then had to come back to store dealt with another worker who was nice respectful and helped and even said what the other cashier said to me was incorrect. i felt disrespected and as a fellowe cashier myself in aw of how she handled the situation. read more

Went over the weekend during this huge clearance sale and picked up an awesome smelling hand cleanser for $3 that normally costs $6.50. Can't complain. These things usually last me months so score! The store itself is pretty well set up. Lots of body lotions and bath products and lots of testers to try on in store and there's an opening wall inside the store so you can walk in to the candle store next door. Sign up for their newsletter because they usually email 20% coupons and I'm all about the extra savings. :-) read more

So this is Like any bath and body works but messier... You can barely find anything... It's the worst during the holidays... I always get good service here...they greet you with extra smiles every time you step here...this place can get really busy around the holiday...long lines all the way out the store.. The smell here can be really overwhelming... There different fragrance in the store kinda gives you a headache... I wished they organized there stuff a little better...a lot of product is is located in different area.... read more

This store is located in the staten island mall. Bath and body works is what is. It's a place to buy cheap lotions and soaps. I used to like this store more when I was younger. I hardly ever shop in this location especially since there's now a Sepora here. read more

They have some of the best scented lotions and body washes around. I have tons from this place, a lot bought for me as gifts. I love their hand soaps and when I feel like splurging, I'll spend the 15 dollars for 4 soaps. The have great candles, which go on sale too around the holidays and IMO are better than most of the Yankee Candle scents I've smelled and cheaper too. The place becomes a mad house during Christmas, but the lines which go around the store move super quick. I hardly go into this store anymore, just for the fact that I feel like I end up spending money on stuff that will be in my draw for about 2 years before it's used. Around Christmas time though, you can always find me in here buying a candle for someone on my list. read more

Love the products and if you know how to work the sales and coupons properly, you can get some amazing deals. The workers are equally amazing. There is this one cashier who is an absolute sweetheart each time I come in and is always willing to help with anything you have questions about. I get such terrific service from her each time I come in that I end up congratulating her via the customer service hotline all the time. read more

if there was a zero star id give it to them, i mean not to everybody but only to this asian guy and the asian "manager" today. first of all, i have been using several coupons on my transaction every time i buy anything in here bc i love saving money and with those times the people would let me use those coupons all at once but since they hire that asian guy he never lets me do it so i always end up not buying or just waiting for the next available cashier. don't me wrong, today i would understand if i am wrong or i just did not understand it but what pissed me off was they never apologized for the situation. They don't have that customer service skills to accommodate customers' needs. Had i heard something similar to "sorry" maybe i would not write this review and i would've bought all the hand soaps that i am planning to buy. all the other employees are sooooo good and helpful except for THAT GUY and that new manager. read more
