I love this team, the location, the variety of work outs and I love how it feels like family. I'll admit starting to work out here is not easy but once you get the hang of it, as long as you put in the effort and don't give up you will see results. I've been coming here for about 10 months now. I started through an ad for a 6 week challenge and continued coming even after the 6 week challenge ended. The coaches are amazing and they have helped to inspire me to be at least 1% better than the day before. I have past injuries that have limited me on some of the workouts but they have helped me still get through the workout but with modification. I have gone to a different local for FBBC but I found my home at this location and the coaches and clients have become like a 2nd family to me. Over the last 15 years or so, I have tried out various Bootcamps and trainers in Orange County. Fit Body Bootcamp in East Orange is the BEST!! There are many reasons they excel among the competition, but here are a few stand outs: 1. They create a friendly and safe environment. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I have not once encountered anything other than kindness and acceptance from the trainers or other attendees. 2. Unlike many Bootcamps, this one is efficient and well run. They have their own scheduling app. They communicate easily. The business set up in the background is phenomenal. 3. They have two trainers at each session. One who is on the microphone and the other one walking around and assisting with form, etc. So important for people like me who struggle with correct form. 4. The sessions are 30 minutes each. At first I wasn't sure about only working out for 30 minutes. It felt short to me. But they work you hard! I always leave feeling like I have worked out for a full hour. 5. I used to box, did P90x , and insanity workouts but reached a plateau with weight loss.
