Despite this location being an older one they do a nice job of keeping it neat and organized and stocked. I was able to find everything I was looking for and the cashier was really helpful in answering a few questions I had and providing large paper bags which I've never seen in any other CVS. They have a really large parking lot which is nice and is also well kept.

The female ignored me and continued at another cash register ringing up a customer. Instead of walking to me to help me after she was done with that customer because there were customers in line, customers started walking to the register and she continued helping those customers. I asked her can she get me help and she told me that I have to wait until she rings up those customers on line. She should have called someone to help me in the intercom and should have helped me right after she was done with the first customer since I was next . I looked around the store and told the manager and he helped me but didn't even apologize. This is the second time I dealt with rudeness of this female cashier and the manager not apologizing. It looks like some of CVS employees sticks up for their workers. I will not be going to CVS anymore. I just drive to Walgreens. Their employees are at least helpful.

As soon as I opened the door, I was great by a bright smile and warm welcome from the woman at the counter, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. She was beyond courteous! Then I met the pharmacist, Joe! As he was working, he stopped to say hello and asked how I was doing... total shock! Normally I go into pharmacies, the same one, monthly, for over 3 years due to auto accidents and they always sell make you feel like you are a bother to them! Joe was the exception to my years of experience dealing with my current pharmacy! He came from behind the counter to explain to me in detail about my prescription and my insurance. I've never had this type of service anywhere! I am still in awe. I came home and told my fiancé about it like I had just won the lottery lol. To be treated like an actual human is a rarity today, still amazed. I just wish they were a bit closer as I hate getting in vehicles now but do when I have to. This CVS is smaller than some others so it's not as well stocked with holiday items during the end of year holiday season, and have a small refrigerator and freezer section. With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.
