I always receive amazing service. I've used them exclusively for the past 10yrs. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable.

Took my car over, told them what was happening. we were the first customers of the day. heard nothing til my husband called. then they said, "Well, there's something that needs to be cleaned, we'll do that. couple of hours later, we could pick it up. paid $125, drove off the lot 10 minutes later, same issue again. Took it back. Guy behind the counter (who brags he don't work on cars anymore and really doesn't care) says, "Well, it will have to happen in front of our tech" I go back to the vehicle, it happens again. I asked my husband to bring out the tech. Guy who didn't care said, "Oh, the tech has moved on, they'll have to get to it later (really? 10 SECONDS to see what you couldn't see before) Have to leave it again. wasn't done by closing. next morning, we hear nothing until the husband calls again at lunch. "OH", say the guy who doesn't care, "The guy working on your car called in sick today. we MIGHT get too it if one of the others has time. I'm getting mad, now. FINALLY two hours later, they call and say, "Yeah, it was exactly what you thought it was. we'll get the part and let you know." got my vehicle back after 36 hours for 10 MINUTE fix. Oh, and another $125. $250 total. Really sucks when a mechanic assumes you kknow nothing abotu your vehicle when you tell them what is happening, won't look when you try to show them, then avoids the fix to make extra money. take your vehicle LTIERALLY anywhere else. read more

You should be careful reading reviews. I was having second thoughts about using this shop. I decided to use them and am really happy I did! First, they have been is business for many years, so they must be doing something right. They underpromised and over-delivered, which is an excellent recipe for business. In by 7:30, out by noon. They did not promise they could do it today due to the backlog of work. I asked about replacing some items, and they suggested waiting until it needed not to do anything now with good operational parts in place. I will be back and you should check them out! I did not like my service they were rude and not concerned with me as a customer. The mechanic stripped my log adapter so I'm gonna have to find a new log ad after he wasn't gonna tell me but I saw him and heard the Air wrench spin instead of him finding the right size socket. read more

William woodruff Father in-law had transmission rebuilt there in January and it has already laid down 660.00 dollar's I guess I will see how they back up there work today 11/5/2021 has not even been a year maybe I can change rating after I visit them today we'll like I thought they said they didn't do it so someone needs to explain where the 660.00 dollar's went they have no record but I do it's a shame the way people are now days read more

They saved me today. I'm a Realtor and have appointments all weekend. I got in the car this morning and the check engine light was on. It's Saturday morning and no one is open past noon plus I have VW so parts are not easy to come by. These guys not only found me the part they fit me in with their busy schedule and where done by noon! I was able to keep most of my appointments this weekend! I took a 1981 C10 pickup to have the front end aligned 2 years ago. I had to repair the truck before I could drive it more. I have other vehicles to drive. I would drive the truck about a mile every once in a while to keep it going. I was hearing this popping noise in my front end. I tried to find it and finally did. They had left my front upper control arm nut loose and it backed off. They only have a warranty for 90 days and will not under any circumstances cover any work after then. It is a stud that is pressed in that the nut will tighten too. So now, that is not something you can just buy off the self. Ask any shop, this is not something that would have happened in a couple years. It is funny it lasted 31 years without doing it. Now the repairs are up to me. I would not recommend every going to this place. I am very angry with their business practices and customer service. The part is very essential for holding the suspension on for your safety. read more

Drove 45 minutes to get there because they said they could balance my tires on a dually.We sat in waiting room 2 plus hours and they pulled my truck around to the front the building after about 30 minutes .Then 1 1/2 hours later they told us sorry we can't do your truck.I would suggest you go to Goodyear down the road or to ntb read more

I've done business with them a few times and have never had a problem until now.I took my car in on August 25th for my tire sounding loose and knocking.They fixed my tire situation but I also had new rotors put on as well.I've brought my car back every week since then because my car is making a scrubbing sound as if I need brakes but they are new.I took it back again this morning and was told by Brian that I'm trying to pin a problem on the shop because he doesn't know if it was scrubbing when I first brought it in.That was rude and a insult to me because I can pay for any repairs but if the problem didn't start until after y'all repaired it then how am I trying to pin anything on the shop.I left because that's bad business and horrible customer service after I've paid over three hundred something dollars for repairs.This is my last time Coming there.Now I have to go pay another shop to fix something they done.I'm pissed‼‼‼ read more

I have been to these guys on several different occasions for new tires and for patching a tire. The guy that usually works at the desk is nice and knowledgeable and the guys working in the shop are friendly and do a great job. Price wise , I shopped around before I bought tires and they are a few dollars more then Wal-Mart, but to me sometimes saving time is worth the extra few dollars. read more
