The only way this place could improve is by the health department paying the place a visit. Don't go here, right after we left both mine and my mom's stomachs were hurting badly to the point we had to throw up.

I would be very interested to know how many members of the dining crowd on Saturday, Feb. 25th got food poisoning. We ate there that night, and by Sunday afternoon, we were miserable. Totally lost Monday to being in the toilet, after the fever/shivering fits Sunday night, all night. Granted, the food isn't bad, but it nearly kills you later, that's a sign to not go back. If you do go, and it's not summer, make sure you wear long underwear, as they don't seem to know what heat is. The last two times we were there, it was freezing! The wind literally blows the walls, it feels like. The restrooms are simply deplorable. How those get past inspections is beyond me. Unfortunately, long underwear and being able to hold it won't make up for food poisoning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

This is easily the dirtiest restaurant I have been inside in Terre Haute. Nothing on the food bar was labeled as to what it was and no one in the store seemed to speak English. My husband and I went once before and got take out. The most delicious green beans in a brown sauce cut smaller at the suggestion by woman at counter. I recently went back to order a few of same green beans to take to a gathering. They didn't know what I was talking about even though it was on menu. Took her suggestion and got stir fried. Decided to have buffet while I waited as I was quite hungry. Yuck. Cold. Terrible texture. Even egg roll, which is usually a sure thing, was terrible. Actually discreetly spit from my mouth into napkin. I nicely told waitress and woman at counter I was dissatisfied. They could not have cared less. My boyfriend and I are exploring restaurants in Terre Haute as we are both relocating for education purposes. We went here yesterday because it's like our tradition that every time we go out of town, we basically just fast the entire time until later in the day and go to a buffet. We went to try this buffet and again, i could say that I have never not ate until full when purchasing all you can eat, especially when it is 15.99 per person on Sunday. When we went there, we were strangely greeted in what seemed to be a rude tone when she asked what we would like to drink. Next the food was just overall mid asf. I wouldn't even feed the homeless with that and i'm sure if i tried they'd rather go hungry to say the least. We both finished like two plates which were sampling items and at first i was like not bad, but then it just kept getting worse. Nothing was fresh and we went there around 3pm which they close at 10, so should be a bit fresher. The lady comes up after we watch her eating a whole watermelon in the back and is standing there impatiently like practically asking if we're paying yet or not which we were there at this point for less than 30 minutes. we leave and both of us fell ill nearly instantly and he is still sick right now. read more

Food is excellent and a wide variety of everything from the cold salad bar to 6 different soups fresh fruit shrimp very excellent buffet was not disappointed by any means stop in!
