Haven't been here lately but I'm glad I went to their Christmas sale. Wonderful selection of boots in stock. Comfortable and convenient location. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Huge variety of grooming supplies for horses and all animals. Beautiful silver jewelry. Clothing and more. Hay and grain prices very competitive and they have delivery. Well folks it doesn't sound like a big deal but I just voicing my opinion, I bought 3 chicks there a few months back. I asked if they where all hens they assured they were after a few months of care n feeding turns out 2 chicks ended up roosters n 1 hen I went back to ask about that and to see if they would figure something out maybe give me credit n give me 2 hen chicks once they got more well the young lady says no but we can take the roosters back n find a home for them this afternoon but I was going to be out of 2 roosters I paid for no money back or at least some customer curtesy n give me credit for 2 hen chicks once they hatched plus the food I've been putting in to raise the roosters. Used them for the first time for hay delivery and was so happy. They were responsive, easy to communicate with and the order was a breeze (plus prices were fair/reasonable for the area). Even better? The delivery itself. I have a weird setup that is not ideal for hay delivery and the driver they sent (I'm sorry I can't remember his name), was fantastic. Came up with a plan, was fast, and gave me a suggestion for ordering next time that will make the process a breeze. He was lovely to chat with and just generally such a great experience. I walked into the store in there was a very friendly Blonde Woman behind the cash register, she greeted me with a smile, got up and came to help right away!!! Something not so common these days! I have been a customer with East Valley Feed and Tack for many years. I go in for supplies for my animals at least three times per month. In the past I have been more than happy with their products and service. Then Covid hit... I am also an owner of a small business. I had to close for three months in 2020. If I have a positive Covid Test I will be required to close my business for 14 days. I have tried to be patient but over and over again I go into East Valley Feed and Tack to see their employees inside completely unmasked. Even in the height of the pandemic their masks would often be pulled below their chins. I have also had conversations with two of their employees who have discussed why they won't get vaccinated. I don't really care about their political positions, but I do care about their selfishness, and their lack of concern for the community they serve. And the fact they, as a business, don't care about the law. I have seen senior citizens, a person on oxygen, and other vulnerable persons in this store and yet that doesn't seem to make a difference. I have switched to Foothill Feed, who carries all the items I need. I will no longer give my money to a business who doesn't care about me or others. read more

Go every week for stable supplies. Today (Saturday 3/13/21) I went in shortly after 10am and a blonde woman who worked the register wasn't wearing a mask. Been buying feed here for my chicken and quails for a year now and I will always get my feed from them very nice people and a partner in the community will approach you to help if the cash register is not busy.
