NAOMI Alcott is a great Physicians Assistant. I've been a patient for 4 years or so. She listens,…read morepresents treatment options and gets procedures scheduled in a timely manner. Her options for pain management are proven and have given me a better quality of life.

I confirmed…read morewith the office that my procedure would be "covered," and they even framed a "test" injection as an easy next step--while admitting they weren't sure it would help--because, again, "it's covered." Afterward, my insurance paid $23. Then the clinic billed me $800. When I went back to ask them to honor what I was told--or at least work with me on price given their guidance--they refused. I asked about a self-pay option; they said no because my insurance had already paid $23. No flexibility, no ownership, no accountability. From my perspective, this is the definition of a bait-and-switch: reassure the patient about coverage to green-light the visit, deliver a token insurance payment, then dump the real cost on the patient and refuse to make it right. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars for a "test" they weren't confident would help in the first place. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go, get every "coverage" assurance in writing, ask for CPT codes up front, and verify directly with your insurer--because the verbal promises I received were worthless. I won't be back.

I've been going to this location a few times a week for a few months now, and I always have a pleasant experience.. While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

I've been a monthly member for a while now, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment…read more Andrew, is incredible! He's attentive, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and always makes sure to focus on my problem areas. I usually get the 60-minute deep tissue massage, and I leave every session feeling refreshed, relieved, and so much better than when I arrived. You can tell Andrew truly cares about his clients and their overall well-being. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are what keep me coming back month after month. If you're looking for a massage therapist who listens, customizes your treatment, and consistently delivers an amazing experience, I highly recommend booking with Andrew. You won't be disappointed!

To start, there was no one at the front desk for quite some time and our massage started a little late. After leading us into our room and asking us to undress, they knocked like 10 minutes later and made it seem as though we were supposed to have come out of the room and let them know we were ready. After asking if we were ready, they started laughing and whispering to each other as they were coming back in. Then it got even worse. My massage therapist used improper draping techniques and my lower half was exposed. She also kept using her elbow to massage my hamstring/glutes & kept pushing all the way into my groin in an inappropriate way. I simply couldn't believe it. It was a pretty terrible experience and I won't be returning. My partner's massage went well, but my therapist must have been new or something, as I would like to think she didn't have any ill intent.
