Called East West Electric and spoke to a gentlemen named Nshan. We scheduled to meet to go over all the electrical work I needed. Nshan showed up on time and took a look at everything that needed to get done. He explained everything in detail and also gave some of his input (that I loved). He gave me an estimate and after the agreement between us we scheduled the job. His team came out on the date and time scheduled and were very professional. The scope of the work included recessed lighting, track lighting, the addition of uplighting and adding an outlet for our remodel. Vartan took the time to explain everything and patiently answered my questions about options. He and his team were efficient and clean, which is much appreciated! While they will still need to return to install the final track lights once the rest of the remodel is complete, I am very happy with the work he has done so far. I asked them to come out again to bury conduit from the utility pole to our house so that we can get rid of an overhead wire. This is a small job and I know they're really busy but they made the time, asked a bunch of questions, gave me some options, and got it done! I especially appreciated that at the end the yard looked as it had before! Unless you looked closely you wouldn't notice that it had been dug up. They have a real attention to detail, and everyone was really clean and polite. I've already asked them to come back and run some 220V out to our garage. These guys are THE BEST! My husband tried to install some new ceiling lights in our bedroom and something went horribly wrong... one of the new lights popped and both lights went out. My husband spent the next five hours trying to figure out what went wrong. I called East West Electric the next day and Nishan was there at my house just two hours after I called! Needed something done same-day. No problem. Vartan, who I spoke with, sent two guys over within the hour. Nshan, the electrician he sent over, was amazing. Hands down the best electrian I have ever worked with. I had a very complicated project and Nshan was able to quickly and safely assess and correct the problem. It was clear that Nshan could not only execute procedures, he understood the electrical systems behind them. Nshan cleaned/organized my wires (at the beginning they had looked like a bird's nest) and when he was done he even cleaned my floor where dust/debris had fallen. Perfectly cut the holes in the ceiling so that the smoke detectors completely covered the hole. Installed 2 ceiling fans - both wobble-free at the highest speeds and work perfectly!
