I had to beg them on the phone to stop because they said their policy is that you have to come into the gym to cancel. Little hard to do when I'm 4 hours away. They refused to refund me. I have gone to OFC every winter and summer break of college, but after this I absolutely will not be going back. This is not how you run a business.

So I'm stuck paying for a gym membership for the next year and a half until my contract is up. I was even willing to pay the early termination fee. If it weren't for this and if they were a little more sympathetic to people's personal situations, I would have given 5 stars.

I had first called It's Yoga in Toledo, but their schedule online doesn't match up with what they actually offer (as in, they weren't holding the noon class I was looking to attend)... so I popped by Marci's instead. Even though I was the only one there, Shay graciously held the class (she said lunchtime is always hit or miss with how many people show up - plus it's winter, I don't blame anyone). We went through a lot of movements that I've actually never done before and would love to incorporate into my daily stretching. All in all, Shay was wonderful, and I'd definitely come back again!
