About 2 min later I was waited on & that was when owner came out to help get the line behind me down and the people sitting in seats waiting finished(I hope) Overall it's a small store ok for general needs. If you need DME billed I'd call first. The staff seems friendly. I can't attest to their pharmacy service only report what I observed.

I am currently recovering from surgery so getting around is a bit difficult right now. This pharmacy is conveniently located on the first floor of the Johns Hopkins medical facility in White Marsh. In addition to having medical prescriptions and assistive devices, they also have a decent assortment of snacks and beverages. While they staff couldn't help me with what I needed, they still gave me their undivided attention and provided excellent customer service!

I had already taken a Lyft to get here. I decided to go back inside to the pharmacist and asked where the nearest pharmacy was. The same pharmacist told me there was one at the university of Maryland, but it wasn't open to the public. !?! THANKS. During that time another very nice pharmacist had come in, took pity on me, and offered to try processing my DL again so I could get the Sudafed. This time it worked and I was incredibly grateful for her kindness. Finally, to top it all off, I bought a sealed bag of cough drops here and when I got back to my hotel, I opened it to find that some of the sealed cough drops actually had no cough drops in the packets. We had to pull over, put on the spare, and continue to our destination. The next day, we called Walmart and explained what happened. They told us to bring the tire in. When we did, they refused to honor the warranty because the tire wasn't still on the car. According to them, they expected us to drive nearly an hour on a flat tire which would have destroyed the rim and possibly caused even more damage to my vehicle. After waiting 45 minutes for a manager, we were told their "solution" was that his boss approved only 40% off a replacement. The tire itself only cost $83, yet they still charged us $75 less than a month after we purchased a full set of 4 new tires. So much for customer safety and standing by their products. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be buying tires from Walmart again and I'd advise others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as your vehicle's safety.

It's a basic CVS situation. I only go into those stores when I need a quick beverage. I DO use a CVS pharmacy, but even then we only use the drive-thru. Going inside always seems like such a hassle. We didn't interact with any employees. We used self check-out. It was a fairly painless experience. I appreciate the ramp and the automatic doors. I wish more stores had those.

You can walk left or right after you get your wristband and simply walk around the rear of the registration desk. If you need a reliable pharmacy that does not close, go here. I've picked up Rx at 2:30 am from here, you will never be without your Rx when you need it.
