This Walmart appeared to be fully stocked and well organized. Things weren't thrown everywhere. I also noticed it was good customer service as the cashier was friendly as well as a store associate. Less than a month ago, I bought 4 brand new tires from Walmart. While driving on 795, 45 minutes from home and almost an hour from the store one of the tires had a defect. We had to pull over, put on the spare, and continue to our destination. The next day, we called Walmart and explained what happened. They told us to bring the tire in. When we did, they refused to honor the warranty because the tire wasn't still on the car. According to them, they expected us to drive nearly an hour on a flat tire which would have destroyed the rim and possibly caused even more damage to my vehicle. After waiting 45 minutes for a manager, we were told their "solution" was that his boss approved only 40% off a replacement. The tire itself only cost $83, yet they still charged us $75 less than a month after we purchased a full set of 4 new tires. So much for customer safety and standing by their products. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be buying tires from Walmart again and I'd advise others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as your vehicle's safety. read more

not just for this Walmart- why are you like one of maybe five places in america that doesn't accept Apple Pay? It's incredibly inconvenient. Carrying a card is just another thing on you that will be stolen when you're mugged, or you'll be be followed by someone who saw you use it and saw you enter your pin and they'll stab you in the parking lot for it. I tried to pay with cash for a product and Terrea the cashier rudely told me she wasn't taking cash. I asked her was anyone else taking it and she said "i don't know what everyone else is doing" rudely again. There's a reason why people drive past this location and go to others. If you would like to go to a place where employees ignore you, the shelves are half empty and all of the checkout lanes are closed, look no further! The employees here excel in ignoring you. You can look straight at the greeter or any of the employees working the floor and they will all pretend that you don't exist! Great for the days you want to be left alone. You will have a great time trying to complete your shopping list here. It appears that they hired a group of toddlers to stock and face their shelves. When you have finally acquired 60% of your shopping list, it is time to stand in the one and only line that is open! Will you be third in line or thirteenth? The fun never stops here! read more

This is my go-to Walmart for household items and pharmacy. The lines are usually short and the cashiers are really nice. BUT the automotive center is horrible. They are extremely slow in getting you in and out. They tell you it's an hour wait but ends up being closer to 4 hours. The oil package is supposed to include washer fluid, air tire pressure and vacuum. Last visit, they didn't do any of those things. My husband had to fill up my washer fluid 2 days after the oil change yet their print out said it was full. And they have never vacuumed my car. read more

This is my Walmart. I shop here nearly every week for my home essentials. Usually no issues and I have a good experience. Today was the exception. I stopped in to pick up an online order and proceeded to the pickup are at the back of the store. I walked up the the employee at the pickup desk and greeted her with, 'Good Morning. How are you?" She responded, "They need to get people back here I'm on my lunch!" Ok. I didn't respond. She then barked, "What's your name?" I told her and she proceeded to find my order and gave it me, all while groaning. I understand these stores are generally understaffed and we all have bad days, but that should never be taken out on a customer. read more

This Walmart is located in an unsuspecting location. When we first moved to this area, I was shocked to see such a large big box store, among a ton of small businesses. There's plenty of parking, and this store stays busy most of the time. This location is similar to other Walmart stores, but doesn't have a Vision Center or any decent produce selection. There are dry groceries, a small selection of refrigerated dairy products (yogurt, cheese, eggs, milk, butter), a small selection of refrigerated meat products, and a decent frozen food section. This is a nice option for this area because there isn't much in terms of catch-all stores, aside from the Dollar Tree and Rite Aid. The employees are generally nice, and I appreciate being able to run to the store quickly without hassle! read more

Pharmacy service is terrible! After nearly two weeks of delays and confusions I still do not have my prescription. Failure to notify, failure to update and absolute confusion on the process is the norm for these people. Go elsewhere if you want any service! read more

I just returned from the pharmacy and am so angry at the lack of service I received from Sierra. I waited my turn in line to pick up a prescription for my mother. When Sierra/Ciarra? waited on me, I expressed my surpr5ise at the cost of $45. She told me to go to the "window" to check on it. I saw there were several people waiting there so I decided to just pay the $45 so I could get my mother's pain medicine home ASAP. I walked back over to Sierra and waited on the side where she could see me. She continued calling 3 more people to the counter. Finally, I said I'd like to get my prescription. She said, "Well you should have said so."I told her I was trying to but she ignored me and continued calling other people to the counter. She got an attitude and said, "Well I'll get someone else to wait on you." Then, she walked away. The pharmacy asked if I was helped yet. I told her no and she called another person over to help me. Sierra was rude and left me waiting just because she could. This is why I use Costco pharmacy. I have never been treated with such arrogance or rudeness there. read more

As far as Walmart goes, it's ok. It's convenient for grabbing the necessary household items, etc. This is not a super Walmart, so the grocery selection is smaller. Beware of buying prepackaged fresh vegetables here, they seem to spoil extra fast...so I swore that off. The prices are almost always unbeatable. I do like this location better than the other local one due to the fact that it's less packed with people and therefore less chaotic. read more

I prefer this one over Golden Ring and Dundalk. It isn't always overly crowded, the employees are actually decent to you unlike Dundalk and Golden Ring. It is a little more organized and it isn't so chaotic! read more

This Walmart on Carroll Island road is terrible its been a month now since no ones been able to use thier Walmart credit card in the store if your on a fixed income or handicapped and its the only one you can get to if you dont have cash dont waste your time and dont ask any employee why they get rude and indignant and cant answer the question if you try to call that location they automaticaly disconnect the call no one answers so if you call the main number they wont tell you why either i cant understand why no one can answer why the cards havent been accepted for over a month.They now have a sign posted to the window we are not accepting Walmartcredit cards right now sorry for the inconvience.Its so embarrassing to a lot of older people who are on fixed incomes to get a cart full of stuff to the register put it up they ring it up they dont tell you its cash only then they make you look like idiots when you cant pay for your stuff so if theres anyone out there who has the answer to why Walmart isnt accepting thier own cards at this location i would greatly appreciate it.Something told me to do a Target card instead because Walmart cant ir wont stand by thier own credit cards.Miss a payment on the card and im sure they will be the first ones on the phone.Not to mention most of the time half the employees are outside on the side if the building smokeing or eating and the stire is like a ghost town because thier tired of questions that no one wants to be bothered to answer if there was a lower rateing like zero thats what the Carroll Island road location would get fro me and quite a few other people. read more
