They will gladly help you understand what ingredients are involved in various dishes. Most items are pretty standard names. I usually get the "Royal with Fried Rice" and add an egg roll. It rather mild with chicken, beef, shrimp, and artificial crab. My wife gets some sort of pineapple rice that has peanuts on it. She really likes the tofu depending on her tastebuds. Egg rolls are perfect and skewered chicken is definitely a great choice. General Tso's use to be my go to, but it fills me up too much. It's very good but I've just had to back off. We go here probably on average every 20 days. Food is always very fresh. It's just really, really. We see some of the same people eating in there on a routine basis so you know it has a following.
