You may first look at the place and be a bit skeptical, but I assure you this place is great. I love they have the large tables with large lazy Susan for large parties. And the have a good deal if have a party of ten checkout out. As for the food, my wife had the mango chicken and I had the braised pork intestine and blood casserole. Both were extremely flavorful, great presentation. Service was excellent and both servers this evening were very attentive. We throughly enjoyed the experience. We will be back.

Terrible Chinese food. Soup tasted like soap. The rice had zero taste. The ice water tasted like sewage. When I ate here the restaurant was empty. Idk what is up with the good reviews, these people are nuts.

Your one stop restaurant for Asian food. They have Chinese food, Thai food, curry, bubble tea, and smoothies. The staff is extremely friendly and helped me navigate through the long menu. I've been going here for years and recommend to anyone in the mood for Asian food.

Excellent Thai restaurant with high marks for food, service, and atmosphere…read more I've tried the Thai fish cakes, sweet and sour saute, pad bus sa ra com, mango sticky rice, and Thai iced tea and coffee. The savoury dishes were all super flavourful, cooked well, and generously portioned. Maybe this has something to do with the dishes I got, but I think the flavours here are generally more intense than the other Thai restaurants I've tried in Bloomington, and their spice levels might be a little higher. I've been somewhat underwhelmed by level 3 (out of 5) at other places, so I tried level 4 the first time I ordered here, and it was a little too hot, so I went back to level 3 the next time, and it was just right. The Thai tea and coffee were both very good, especially the coffee. It almost tasted chocolatey. The service is consistently on top of it. I was there on Valentine's Day, and they were slammed but had enough staff on the floor for it; the food was quick as usual and everyone was still very friendly. I also love the atmosphere here. The building is one of the converted houses on 4th St, and there are different dining rooms, some with lots of windows, all filled with interesting decor, and there's also a very nice patio during the warmer seasons. The only problem here is, unless there's a back entrance I don't know about, I don't think the building is wheelchair accessible; you have to go up a few stairs to get to the main entrance.

First I want to say a huge apology to the staff tonight, we did NOT realize we overstayed for an hour after closing! We are so sorry!! Our family came from Ohio and we came from KCMO so we were very excited to see each other and we sat and talked and ate for two hours. The incredible staff were so gracious and kind! We ordered so much food and everything was fresh and delicious!! You will absolutely NOT be disappointed. We didn't take any pictures because we destroyed it way too fast!

Upon walking in, we were greeted, and I decor to take time to look at the menu. We decided to get several meal options and sushi rolls. We ordered shrimp and meatball pho, Mongolian beef, chicken and shrimp, fushion combo rolls, shaggy dog roll and taro Oreo smoothie. The pho broth lacked flavor. Also, I had to ask for toppings that were supposed to be included with my pho. When asked where the basil was, I was told they were out, and that they usually get some from the store down from them, but they were closed. I explained that if I'd know that, I would have chosen another option. I also had to ask for sauces such as the oyster and siratcha sauce. The sushi rolls were okay, but nothing to rave over. When I attempted to order the Taro Milk Tea, were told the my were out of boba, so we opted for the taro Oreo smoothie. As far as the Mongolian combo plate, the steak and chic was super processed and felt like it came out of a bag. For almost $100, I would expect to receive better quality food and honesty on what options are actually available. We were definitely disappointed in this experience.

This pains me to leave a review, because I'm sure the business is struggling post COVID... but if…read moreyou run a corrupt business then prepare yourself for reviews. We came from out of town for lunch and saw decent reviews -- but BEWARE because good reviews are before COVID. We sat and the older lady immediately brought 4 waters to the table and walked away. We looked at the menus and she returned to take our order and warned us the prices are NOT accurate. I asked her by how much, and she said it's up by $3 because inflation (the entrees were already priced at $10.95 for chicken and $12.95 for shrimp)-- so add $3 to that. You'd assume the produce was fresh and decent portion sizes. What was ordered: 2 red curries (shrimp), and 1 shrimp fried rice. She walks to the kitchen and all we hear are the sounds of a microwave door being opened, buttons pressed, and ringing once food was ready. 5-10 mins later, all our meals were out. This was by far the nastiest Thai food ever. Portions sizes were 1 scoop of white rice and a small bowl for the curry. 4 pieces of shrimp with tail on it. Curry tasted like sugar water. Fried rice was cold in the middle and sweet in flavor. High salt content for sure. She comes around and asks if we needed more rice -- here I assumed she realized she gave VERY LITTLE amount of rice and came to her senses. The bill comes around totaled to $60+. She charged $4 for the extra white rice, $4 for the waters, and $31+ for the curries, $15+ for the fried rice. BEWARE AND TURN AWAY. I had her drop $4 from the bill because of how she never asked if we wanted waters, and never explained the rice was being charged as extra. She was extremely rude and pushy during this whole experience and was just honestly annoying to deal with. Do not come here. Oh and there was hair in the food.

The food was made from fresh ingredients and very good. Customer service was fine…read more We will continue to eat here when we are back in Effingham.
