My biggest thing is I usually hate salads from pizza places, Eastern Pizzas Caesar salad is the best salad I've ever had even after getting it multiple times and from other places. I'm sure the pizza is just as good. Highly recommend! read more

I'm within walking distance to this place but there is street parking available. I ordered, sat down in front of their tv and didn't wait long. Ordered a small pepper and onion pizza which I was happy with. They didn't skimp on the toppings either. Also have had their subs and a salad from here as well. Subs are excellent. I'm happy to live up the street. Looking forward to going back. read more

This is a pizza and grinder joint in the classic Southern New England style. Everything was great on my visits. Service was efficient and quick. The ambiance is super casual and there is a bit more space than you might expect from the outside. Two thumbs up. A do again and again. read more

I ordered a pizza from them tonight after a very busy day and I didn't want to cook. I ordered an Eastern special Pizza small with extra cheese. All I have to say is it's amazing packed with a lot of goodies and I love the dough reminded me of a bar pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time packed with all those goodies. Our normal pizza place was closed for vacation, so based on Yelp reviews we tried Eastern Pizza. I think our normal pizza place has now lost our business as Eastern blows them out of the water. The food was delicious. Try it. read more

Honestly 5 stars for the staff. We've been getting our pizza here for the last year since we moved to the area. The food is reliable, but the staff is top notch. Just super friendly and I witnessed the manager (owner?) being really nice and caring to a staff member. Makes me feel good about supporting a local business. read more

We love Eastern Pizza and are repeat customers! We placed a takeout order and there was a VERY slight mixup (one topping was missing from a two-topping pizza), and they not only corrected it on the spot but also threw in two complimentary 2liter sodas! Also, one of us has celiac, and the gluten-free pizza is DELICIOUS. Polite, professional, friendly staff, and delicious pizza. We look forward to eating our way through the entire menu. read more

I drive by Eastern Pizza on my way home from work, and don't want to make dinner so I order from the road my favorite! I love the small veggie pizza with sausage on it or grilled chicken with an extra side of marinara. They also have a wonderful greek salad with tons of feta cheese on it and its great with the grilled chicken too. I had high hopes for this place but BOY WAS I WRONG!!! What is the point of having ok food, and yes I said ok because it's not great if your costumer service is trash!!! I must start this review with the admittance that I have been ordering here since they first opened. I deliver the mail to this place, so I often grab a quick lunch when I need a quick, but DELICIOUS bite to eat. But today, was my first visit in quite some time, my husband ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza with feta on it and met with me for lunch at work, and it was SO delicious I had to order it a SECOND time today for dinner. But this time I wanted an appetizer that was on the take home menu I have had for AGES, that the manager told me they unfortunately had to discontinue. Which was fine, I understand some things have to change to bring new things in. Not a big deal. So I decided to request bacon cheddar fries which are not on the menu, so I wasn't expecting them to do it BUT the manager, who is quite amazing, with great customer service skills, quickly said YES I can make that happen for you! PERFECT! So I ordered that with a side of blue cheese for dipping. Then I ordered another small BBQ chicken with feta, and my husband went and picked our order up and it was ready in 15 minutes tops! When he got back home and I opened the containers, doves flew out and I may have even saw tinkerbell, what I laid my eyes on was breathtakingly beautiful, so I took a couple photos because I knew no one would believe me. The food was HOT and FRESH! The cheese was just the right amount, so much bacon and just all around perfect. And the pizza oh my goodness that pizza. It was something you only see in photos. I finally got food that looked like something you only see on photos. I can say I have a newfound addiction to pizza. First time ordering here and they messed up my order. I ordered my pizza online so it would be correct and it was wrong. I ordered the whole pizza with onions and green peppers, then add hamburg and mushrooms to one half. One side - just onions & peppers. Other side - onions, peppers, mushrooms, & hamburg. I got one side just onions & peppers (correct) and the other half just mushrooms & hamburg (incorrect). Was stated correctly on the online receipt. I wasn't going to drive all the way back for a corrected one. Was going to give them 3 stars because half the pizza was right, but 2 stars is appropriate. read more

Very unhappy, was a long time customer before I had interactions with an employee and a manager. Ordered online at 4:42, over half of the food came incorrectly around 5:40, called to let them know and waited for the new food. At 6:32 the correct food hadn't showed up so I called to see what was going on and the female employee was rude and said he already left and was on his way. 7:00 the remade food arrives COLD. The correct half of my order was almost an hour and a half old and needed to be rewarmed and the new food sat for at least a half hour. Called to ask for a refund, and to say the manager has terrible customer service is an understatement. The manager said it was busy but only would offer a refund IF he could send his driver back to my house to take the new pizza back that we touched to feel the temp, which makes me wonder if he took my pizza back from whoever got my wrong order and delivered it to us instead of remaking it since it was clearly cold. He acknowledged we were consistent, well paying customers but the call ultimately ended with him hanging up on us after only offering a very unsanitary solution. The manager was extremely abrasive and unapologetic and wanted to take back food during a pandemic, instead of telling us to throw it out. He said the Board of Health told him it was fine to take food back during Covid, even though there was no return policy posted in the confirmation e-mail. He offered to give us the Board of Health's phone number but then wouldn't give it to us when we said we had a pen ready. Just lost a regular customer due to the 2 hour and 20 minute wait for cold food and a horrible attitude. After reading other reviews, I can tell this isn't the first time they have acted like this or done something unsanitary. Why be in the business of hospitality if refusing to refund an unhappy customer is more important than consistent business? read more

Most of the food was acceptable, but only after ordering in a very interrupted fashion through some strange noises on the phone. Found out later "it does that when others call in" (like 4 times during my ordering). If known, how about fix it?! My chef's salad had fatty, gristly roast beef and zero love (just jumbled together with a few pieces of ham and cheese, and an over-cooked egg, otherwise). Gross. I certainly wouldn't recommend, nor go back. read more

The food is delicious. I love this place. But sadly I had an employee trash me on the phone after I called about an order that was made incorrectly. She put the phone down and didn't think I could hear anything she was saying. I've spend a decent about of money here and didn't appreciate how she talked about me when I simply wanted them to remake what I ordered. read more

Consistently delicious every time! My go-to is the buffalo chicken calzone and my boyfriend always gets a large pepperoni pizza. The calzone is always generously full of yummy buff chicken...a small can last me two meals and the pizza is always fresh. Oh My Goodness this place is the spot. I just moved to Fall River like 2 months ago and you know how moving goes for the first couple of days your eating take out. My husband and I live around the corner from this place so we decided to check out this local dig. The service was amazing greeted with a smile, was helped by the staff to select a calzone which was by far one of the best calzones me and my husband have ever had( honestly now when I order calzones from other spots I rate them in comparison to Eastern). We left this pizza place feeling as if we had officially been welcomed into the community because that's what this joint is about community I mean they have a literal commitment garden out front. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

I just moved to this area of Fall River and a friend recommended this place. The online ordering was super easy and convenient, delivery was quick (driver very friendly and professional) and the Greek salad with grilled chicken was amazing. My go to pizza guys. They do not skimp on the toppings, which is primarily why I love them. The pizza is always baked to that golden melt, always hot and delicious when it arrives! Gluten free pizza is hard to do well, but Eastern pizza nailed it! I got the chorico and peppers and it did not disappoint! Lots of toppings and fresh gooey cheese! The crust was crispy, but doughy too, which is hard with gf. My son had regular cheese and said it was great! We definitely have a new pizza spot! read more

I went there today. Was craving a roastbeef sub, and ordered an extra cheese extra sauce pizza. On my out the door I noticed dessert's! Yes dessert's!! So I asked for the tiramisu as it was my birthday so I wanted to splurge. Not only were they pleasant and friendly but I told them it was my treat for my birthday. They gave it to me on the house!! Best Fall River Hawaiian pizza in the city! Chourico and pineapple pizza, chicken Parmesan and buffalo chicken pizza are all excellent. If you rate pizza on pound per square inch, Eastern pizza is the place for you. Pizza is so heavy you could use is as a boat anchor. It's like atlas, but denser, with a crispy crust and toppings. Surprised to say this place is one of the top pizza spots in Fall River, well priced and well crafted pizza. read more

Also available were a number of non-alcoholic drinks, extras, soups, and salads. My #1 place to call when Im just not in the mood to cook. Oddly their grilled chicken salad is my all time fav. Very zesty n fresh the chicken always cooked perfectly.
