I call customer service to express my disappointment that they were late, didn't call to ask if I wanted to reschedule and that driver tried to sneak away without an explanation, and CS rep told my he could have it sent on Friday. I asked to be escalated. Told next person that this was the worst customer service I had ever seen and asked that the two delivered bottles be picked up tomorrow and the order cancelled. She apologized (the first one to do so) and asked if II could hold while she tried to get a manager or the local branch on the line to see what they might do to make this right. Came back on line 3 minutes later and apologized again but wasn't able to reach anyone. She understood my frustration and desire to stop the bleeding now and just close the account. I asked when the bottles in my porch would be picked up and she said today. Well, they're still there. If they haven't gotten them by the weekend I'm using them to water my plants, putting the bottles in the recycling for pickup on Monday and disputing any credit card charge they try to put through!
