We had a special family party in the area, and we didn't feel that we could leave our elderly dog in a kennel, while we traveled to Delaware. I called and spoke with Paul beforehand, and he seemed to be a kind and accommodating person, with a true love of animals. When we arrived at the kennel, Paul and Kyle came out and welcomed us to their business, and more importantly, welcomed our dog. The business is in a quiet area, not far from the Delaware beaches. It was clean and the pets had different areas to be cared for, at different times of the day. If groomer cannot fulfill the request at drop off, then a call should be made to allow owners determine if services should be continued.
