BEWARE! The worse company that we have had to deal with! I really do not know how he stays in business. 17 Windows were installed with 3 of them scratched and were to be replaced, which has not been completed. The order for the 1/2 round window 21"x48" ($800) has never been installed and was ordered January 24, 2024, with the windows. All you hear from Joe is excuses and here it is April 2025 (over a year) and cannot get this job completed. I wish I had read all the reviews for this company before I signed the contract!! they took our deposit. cashed the check right away! took 23 weeks of lies ,,, the day they "said" they would be there by 9 ! come 11:30 NOTHING! of course we were told they were short staffed! excuse after excuse! We were told they were on their way and we would an ETA! come 2:00 no update NO PEOPLE. Called the office NO RESPONSE! we have better things to do LIKE A JOB than wait for the BS of these people! Joe has very poor follow up and communication with customers. We have a job that has been paid in full and there are a few items that need to be resolved. Joe is no longer answering our phone calls to provide us updates on when the work will be fully completed. I would just say buyer beware. Do not pay for the project until you are 100% completely sure all work is done to the level that was promised. One Star for...The sales rep was prompt and professional. We were impressed with his to-the-point-presentation and that he gave us the best price from the start...no need to haggle. Zero Stars for....No customer service skills at all. The whole process after we purchased them was a fiasco. I never received a call from the company nor a follow up call any time I called to schedule for measurements and installation. When I told the owner I needed to cancel, he informed me that my 3 day right-to-rescission period had passed. It took 3 months to finally get them installed. When install day finally came and was scheduled for 8 am...they didn't get there until 9:30. Nice enough guys but it took over 1/2 the day. Traffic, had to stop for gas, had to go buy a tool, Monday...you know..the standard excuses. They finished at 2:30...3 windows! The windows look OK but the top header board has a gap that the installers told us was normal (I'll update if it turns out it's not), they gashed the drywall below the window, and they don't tell you that you'll need to repair your window trim so plan for that. read more

We had 18 windows installed in our home back is July. Upon completion and inspection of the windows, there were two windows that had chips in them. We showed the installer who agreed, took pictures of the labels on each of the windows and called our sales rep and forwarded everything to him. To date, nothing has been done. I have called and left a message at Eastern Shore and no return phone call. I have texted and called our sales rep and no response. Today I called again and mailbox is full. Tried to email and it was stating it was not valid. I am very happy with my windows but unhappy with the lack of customer service. They were eager to receive our business and take our money but not very responsive to make things right. Disappointed customer. read more

Hey! Do you like having money stolen by charlatans and thieves? Do you like paying A LOT of money, and getting absolutely NOTHING in return? What about terrible business practices and vile customer service? If you answered yes, then PLEASE call these thieves. They are a triple threat of heinous customer service, deceitful business practices, and of course, flat out thievery. This "company" was paid almost $3000 in JUNE to install a new door, and basically that's all she wrote. They took the money all right, but here we are over six months later and NO Door. All our calls are met with promises to "call us right back", and OF COURSE, they never do. Anytime they actually pick up the phone, it's like we're talking to them for the first time. Yesterday day (2/4) we spoke with the owner who acted like he was SHOCKED we didn't have our door installed, and PROMISED he would call us with answers TODAY 2/5 by 1:30. Here I sit, 9 pm, no call and they won't answer their phone. I wish I could give them negative stars! I wish I could get compensated for the time I am going to have to spend dealing with these thieves trying to get the money back! Ordered front door March 1st and no installation date and it's July 1st. Only excuses and "I'm sorry" comments from the owner. No customer service and very unprofessional. Never get call backs, they've got our $700 + and door. Given them until July 6th for installation or we want our money back and we are cancelling the door. read more

We bought 2 sliding doors from Eastern Shore Windows and Doors. Both had problems... Eastern Shore windows & doors fixed 1 door, but not the other. I have been dealing with the owner for decades, WHILE he was with other companies.... ... and once he started this company, EVERYTHING seemed to go downhill. Like I said, the owner is a nice guy, BUT the product(s) he is now selling ARE NOT good. I have bought windows, that were not put in well.... ...so I thought it was his INSTALLERS. When I bought 2 sliding doors, and had another installer put them in .... BOTH doors had problems. The owner sent out his installers to resolve the problems. They solved one problem, however they couldn't resolve the other.... AND they actually damaged the door case while trying to fix it... NOW the owner says, that *I* need to work with the manufacturer....!!! ... ...to resolve the problems that HE sold to me. Please do yourself a favor & DON'T BUY FROM THIS GUY I read Joe's response...and it has some mistakes. The installation was NOT performed by a family member, it was done by a certified builder, NOT Eastern Shore, because, like I stated, his installers, did NOT put our windows, purchased a year before, in correctly.... they used their drills, and damaged almost Every window case. To fix the problems, He sent his son-in-law out, who knew LESS about sliding doors, than I did. Like I said, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, and shop elsewhere...!!!! read more

My husband's shop, Blue Spark Barbershop needed to replace front door and window. Our business is in a building that is over 100 years old. Remodeling is not easy, but these guys worked very hard to make sure the new window and door would fit properly, which was not an easy task. The installers are here now installing the wrong style doors! The salesman swapped the door styles on the contract, and he's saying because I signed the contract, I have to live with it, even though he admits he swapped the styles! I am NOT a happy customer! They didn't offer any discount or any option to resolve the situation for me, and are saying it would take too long to remake the doors in the styles we wanted. Ross the sales person was professional and knowledgable. He presented the various options available without a high-pressure sales pitch. Ross clearly explained the timeline from the sale to installation and remained in contact through the entire process. His highest priority was our satisfaction. The installer measured the openings based on my schedule, windows were ordered, manufactured and installed prior to the expected completion date.
