Randomly internet searching "things to do" visiting the area for the weekend... honestly a must see - great experience for adults and kids. Donation only - well deserved a healthy donation from our group! Pet, feed and take photos with the Alpacas, well behaved and super soft ! Our guide Kevin was A+ and the little shop up the hill has items made from Pure Alpaca furryness!

BEST PLACE EVER! This was my favorite part of our weekend trip in the Lancaster area. If you are an animal lover, this is a must stop for you if you are ever in the area. I didn't know what to expect before arriving. I emailed the owners of the farm, Kevin and Sue, to inquire about making an appointment for a tour. Sue was super responsive and gave us a few time slots. On the day of, we were running late, and when I called Sue to see if I can move our tour, she was extremely gracious and helpful in giving me another time slot. This farm is where dreams are made of, no seriously, it's not a hyperbole. I've always wanted to meet an alpaca, and it was everything I thought it would be and more. Their furs are sooooo soft and they are such gentle animals. Kevin was the best guide, he was knowledgeable and had funny anecdotes to share throughout the hour long tour. He also made sure that we got plenty of photo ops, especially with the insta-famous sunglass wearing alpaca. I also got in some cuddle time with the baby alpaca. Overall, it was such a fun excursion, I didn't want to leave. On a side note, the tour was done through donation, please support Kevin and Sue by buying their merchandises and/or leave a donation. I brought three pair of alpaca socks and they are super comfy, highly highly recommend!

Absolutely the nicest people and alpaca farm. We arrived at 11am for a tour of the farm. There was a family of four and another mom and daughter. We started in the barn and visited the babies. We made our way around the different pens visiting all the alpacas and a lama. I think there were roughly 90 of them. Our host was so gracious and let us take as many pics as we wanted. He explained a lot about the alpacas and their life on the farm. It was a great way to spend an hour in Lancaster. The animals seemed to love the attention and food. Thank you so much for sharing your farm. There is a donation box at the end of the tour and a beautiful gift shop with an amazing amount of alpaca items.

if you are looking for a relaxing place you just find it! This place has the most adorable Alpacas, we were able to pet them and buy Alpaca products. During our visit we saw how the Alpacas got their hair cut and how the people that works there take care of them. Family friendly environment good place to admire nature at its full. My baby got his first Alpaca puppet and Alpaca hat just love this place; it is an excellent getaway.

Super friendly, interactive, learning experience. We were able to interact with a ton of alpacas of various ages (including two babies!). It is extremely clear that the alpacas here are well taken care of and their caretakers are knowledgeable and really care about the well-being of their animals. We are thinking about having alpacas in the future, and they were happy to answer any and every question that we asked. I'm not sure how many other places would take you into the fields and pens with the animals. Also pretty cool that they have 2 llamas for comparison. Also when we visited there were tons of adorable kittens. Just another perk of visiting!

A really fun place to visit with the family and kids! I definitely recommend a visit while out in PA!! The farm is run by Kevin and Sue Zurin. Sue was our guide and we got to see several sections of the farm where there were so many alpacas around us (93 at the time)! We were given food to feed the alpacas and there were gentle eating out of our hands. Many of the animals were friendly enough to pet and stand by them. One of them was even calm enough to wear sunglasses and stay still while posing for pictures!! There is even a small gift shop right by the entrance of the farm. We brought some gloves, sweaters, a lady's jacket and a rug all made from alpaca wool. We will sure keep warm this coming fall/winter! Sue was exceptionally kind and answered all of our questions about alpacas. We even got to see samples of the Alpaca's shaved wool for processing. If you plan on visiting, try booking an appointment ahead of time to secure a date and time with them!

Honestly one of the best days of my life! No exaggeration. We were looking for something fun and unique to do far from the busy city when we came across Eastland Alpacas near Tiny Estates. They usually prefer morning tours during the summers as alpacas get really hot under the afternoon sun. We went at 11:30am (supposedly 11:00) but they still accommodated us despite us running late. Kevin showed us around the barn and explained how alpacas lived and what their differences where. We started by feeding them (SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE) which at first we didn't think we would be able to do, so that was a pleasant surprise! We went around and took videos/pictures. Cordon Bleu was a popular and super friendly alpaca who we were able to hug as well! Overall it was such a lovely experience, alpacas didn't try to spit on us at all. Thank you so much Kevin for sharing an the story of the oak tree (as a bonus) we were all very inspired as young adults we wish to be as passionate at what we do as much as you are in taking care of alpacas. Sue took our call and accommodated our reservation right away, and explained a lot of things we could get from the store! So many good finds and good stories. Very lovely couple who loves the alpacas. Couldn't be happier! Would love to go back. Thanks so much.

I am extremely blown away by the kindness that was provided by the owner at Eastland Alpaca's. The tour we received was very informative and fun! The Alpaca is my entire family's new favorite animal!!! This was the most fun we have had in a while. My kids even made friends with the adorable kittens! You will definitely be missing out on great fun and great photo opportunities if you don't stop by this amazing place! Thank you again to Eastland Alpaca.

If you have kids, this is definetly a place to visit, summer or winter! They have an abundant amount of Alpacas! Parking is FREE, food to feed them is FREE and FREE to walk the alpacas on a leash! Me and my husband went cause we always seen Alpacas on TV and was always curious as to how they would be in person and they are just like a domestic pet (i e dog or cat) As you begin to mingle with them you'll notice all thier different little personalities! Some come right up to you and some will shy away and run. We went alone, no kids and it was fun even for us! They also have a cute little boutique on premises with alpaca fur gloves, mittens, hats-you name it! The day we went they had tractor rides among other things to do for the kids. A definet must see if your in the area...I drove 1 hour out of my way and it was worth it ::left with a smile on my face::

The hotel attached to the brewery doesn't have bathrooms in the rooms, but shared bathrooms elsewhere; so we opted for the place that they also own across the street that did have its own bathroom. The apartment we stayed in was called the Louisa Frank suite. The mansion has 3 apartments in it. I picked Louisa because I liked the 50s vibe it had. The place is a little worn (like the mattresses and some furnishings), but we still loved it. We had dinner reservations in the catacombs. The waiter seemed kind of lost and unsure of himself, and the food is pretty average, but it's still worth going to see. Set your expectations reasonably regarding food quality and lodging, but go for the experience because it's unlike anything else you'll ever do.

We got the cucumber wasabi, citrus explosion I think it was called, and their dry rub curry wings. The cucumber wasabi surprised all of us, as we were originally skeptical of the flavor. The curry wings were probably the worst. They mostly just tasted like turmeric. They have lots of fun and unique flavors and it's a fun experience. The baker explained they make their Macarons with White Chocolate Ganache, but they would make a few samples with other filling if I could come back next week (I, the bride do not like chocolate). So we left this day with bellies full of other sweets (highly recommend the lemon bar and a Chai Tea Latte) and waited a week to return. We came back the following Saturday to pick-up a sample, to our surprise there was not one but multiple samples with non-chocolate ganache filling (amazing) AND the baker hand wrote on each to make sure we knew what we were trying. We were very happy with the the samples and moved forward with ordering a Macaron Tower for our Wedding with the Chai (cream colored) and Cookies & Cream flavors (black & white colored)....
