First time here. Interior is much smaller than I assumed based on exterior. There is a parking lot for convenience. They have a nice selection of options in the display counter including paninis, pepperoni rolls, and different pizzas. I chose to go with the Build Your Own Cheesesteak. First you choose your meat (beef or chicken), type of cheese, and toppings. It did not seem like there was a limit to how many different toppings I could add before there would be an additional upcharge. I ordered steak, provolone, sauce, fried onions, mushrooms and hot peppers. The steak lacked seasoning so I added salt and pepper on my own. I must admit the roll was stuffed and often little bits of the filling would fall into my plate while eating. The roll held together despite me believing it wouldn't. The young men behind the counter were helpful with making my selection and were patient with me while I asked questions and pricing for items on the counter. My food was prepared quickly and served at my table in less than 10 minutes. Overall, I might stop in again if I'm in the area. The experience was decent but didn't stand out. read more

Pizza is pretty good for lancaster not bad at all, stuffed pizza also odd but ok. BUT, the place is a mess. Dirty, outdated, torn seats dirty floors and people coming in and out of food prep and kitchen areas. Hand washing didn't see one person do it. Under a small table by the oven, just hordes trash. Looks like a glove compartment, a medicine cabinet and the trash can. Just clean the place up. Put a few bucks into it and be proud of what you have. Don't get pasta delivery from here. We ordered 2 spghetti dishes and tipped 5 dollars on top only to find the pastas all leaking out of their dishes and the salad ingredients at the bottom of the bag. It was also to come with bread and it didn't, no typical sides like parmasean or red pepper like literally every pizza place would give. This is one of the better pizza places in the local area. The staff is pleasant and the food is always great. They also have a decent reward system that my family enjoys. The only complaint I have, and I hope the management takes note, is the standard of their chicken as it's quite awful to eat. I won't be ordering any Caesar salads any longer as adding chicken to it makes it unconsumable. Aside from that it's an outstanding place to grab a bite. 4/5 read more

I like this place. Especially with the fact they have stuffed pizzas. I know Carusos has some, but not all the time. Anyways, I stopped here after Mini Golf Yesterday and ate here due to the passing thunderstorm. I really liked their BBQ Bacon Chicken pizza that I got and I like the pepperoni stick and fries I got as well. The only thing is, they give you a lot, I had to take some of it home. We are here for the first time tonight about 8:30pm. Pizza was yummy but while we were trying to eat they were sweeping up dirt from the floor in a cloud, beating the rug, and scraping out the oven till it smoked very stinky fumes. We just had yet another issue with Parma tonight...they have gone down hill the past couple of months but unfortunately its one of the only places that deliver to our work so we keep giving them a try. Well today our food showed up covered in Italian dressing and marinara sauce. There was a grilled chicken salad, loaded fries, mozzarella fries and cheese sticks all in one bag. Im guessing either from tying the bag or it being smashed, the sauces were all broken open and leaked. The bottom of the bag dripped dressing all over the counter. I said something to the delivery guy and he literally ran out of here and floored it out of the parking lot...so that kinda led us to believe he was driving like an idiot or smashed the bag himself. Anyway I called Parma to let them know what happened. They offered to remake the food but said we had to return every bit of in order to get it replaced. Well we have 6 hungry people here, some of them kids, that had already started eating what could be salvaged so was told, sorry they couldn't help us.
