I had two appointments with him before my surgery and he did a camera up my nose along with a CT scan of my sinuses. I had previously gotten surgery on my deviated septum in July of 2017 and wasn't exactly thrilled will the results of the procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. After the procedure at the Cleveland Clinic I could still on breathe out of the right side of my nose, somewhat better just not ideal. The doctor I had at the Cleveland Clinic never did a ct scan on my sinuses or put the camera up my nose. He basically looked up my nose and was like you need surgery. Michael Gaugler is one of the best doctors and a great surgeon. Though I only had my procedure yesterday's it's clear there is a night and day difference between some doctors. He also cleaned out my sinuses behind my cheeks and eyes, which from his indication was not done during my previous procedure at the CC. I'm very pleased Thanks again Dr. Gaugler.

The doctor we saw was awesome,very friendly and asked question after question and explained to us what was actually going on with my ears. He also gave me an option. Which lets face it, not many doctors do these days. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was super easy to schedule a follow up and the parking was superb. After making the mistake of going to a mini clinic and being told I had a viral illness, I asked my cousin who her doctor was. She didn't even hesitate to recommend Dr. Azar. She had been seeing him for many years and even worked with him as a nurse at one point. This is a very thorough physician. Dr. Azar asked me a lot of questions about my past health concerns, my current medications, and if I had any triggers for asthma. This sounds like it's a simple routine examination, but it really wasn't. He listened carefully to my chest, then my gut when he commented that he heard something unusual going on in what he assumed was my aorta--it was! I had had open-heart surgery the previous year to replace a couple sections of aorta that had developed aneurysms. Big points for taking the time to listen! He heard something going on in my lungs, which he knew right away to be bronchitis. I had it pretty bad, too, so he gave me some very strong antibiotics and sent me on my way. I was back 10 days later as a follow-up at his request. Good thing I did. I had to get another round of antibiotics, but before I finished with him, he asked me when the last time was that I had a full physical. It had been well past a year, so he ordered up a blood draw and scheduled me to return for the physical. I was impressed with his medical acumen, but also his bedside manner was kind and welcoming.

After 20 years of suffering and only able to remember the life I once lived, I needed a full hip replacement. Sadly, the pain continued following the surgery, so bad in fact that several nights a week for the past three plus years, I was unable in getting a good nights sleep. Thankfully, that all stopped in one day after being treated by Dr. Jane. I know this sounds hard to believe, but it's true. On the first morning after the medicine Al had shown improvement. His temperature reduced on that first day, in a small degree: the rash on his face was lessened. After the second day, the rash was gone from his face, and his chills/fever were more reduced. Today, the third day, his fever is gone, the rash on the body is gone, and all that is left, as Al said, is dry skin, cracked from the rash and swelling. I have never gone to a practice that is this experienced, up-to-date, and as Capri g as the ones at AIA. I was happy when they opened a Westside location because I get a monthly shot and it makes it very convenient to just have to travel a short distance to get a shot that I am in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. There was also a doctor there, Dr. Phil, who is new to the practice and I've met with once and I would take her as a stand-in for Dr. Javari as well. She was up-to-date on my case and had read my file and understood exactly what I needed. Then add to that an experienced, kind understanding on top of everything office staff. at both. I walk into either office. They know me they've checked me in and if there is time they've already checked on the dates and tell me what's open so I can make my next appointment that way I don't have to stop on my way out. They are always thinking of the patient time and doing all they can to keep things moving smoothly. That's what you need from the doctors office trusting caring staff member and doctors who really take the time for you. I give the practice of allergy and immunology associates the highest grade you can possibly get - they would get A+

Do not go to this doctor! I was prescribed a medication that ended up being $250 with insurance. I…read morecalled and asked for a new medication that was cheaper, but after being prescribed it I realized it had an ingredient I was allergic to. I called again and asked for Dr. Panuto to prescribe me a new medication. I was told I need to call my insurance and ask medication was covered under my insurance and also did not contain the ingredient I was allergic to. Now, have you ever heard of a doctor telling you to research your own medications? I spent hours on the phone with my insurance asking about medications without the ingredient and could not even be told the cost of most of them without prior authorization. This would have been made easier for me if the doctor could have just given me this information. I have now switched to a different allergist and called Dr. Panuto's office to have my test results sent. I told the woman on the phone to please call me when they faxed the records. I called the new doctors office 2 weeks later and asked to make sure they had the results and to my surprise, they had never received the fax. I called Dr. Panuto's office again and asked why they had not been sent and the woman told me I needed to have a records release form before they could send the forms. I'm confused why it was confirmed that the records were faxed but I was never told that I needed a release form? Do not go to this doctor!

I was so impressed with the office from the staff, to the decor, to the time allotted for my appointment. Marge, Dr. Kassouf's assistant, is terrific. She is a sweet lady and is very thorough in her instructions and discussion. I found Dr. Kassouf to have a great bedside manner and she explained the CO2 laser in plan English, which I appreciated. Initial consultation fee with Dr. Kassouf is not covered by insurance and it costs $60. Went back for the CO2 laser resurfacing and I just love Dr. Kassouf. She did an amazing job resurfacing the divot on my nose. Each day as it heals it looks better and better!
